“Hi Dyson, Just received my long awaited dust bin as it was on order like forever. After receiving an email it was back in stock, I ordered it immediately. Unfortunately, shipping also took forever ....July 4 to July 16 .....finally arriving via UPS in a flimsy DYSON BOX " WIDE OPEN " ON ONE END. No tape whatsoever!!!!!! Honestly, I am amazed it arrived in one piece and I give your shipping department zero stars. Lucky to have it but it's " fingers crossed " when ordering from Dyson.”

“A Big Ball vacuum cleaner purchased recently in the Uk had several faults however when I contacted Dyson to complain about it they only referred me to videos on how to operate the machine and regarding a broken part said they were unable to help as I had taken the vacuum to my villa in Spain. Under an international guarantee they suggested I wrote to Dyson in Spain, but offered no email address for the department. As I can not write in Spanish or find where to write to this will be difficult. Very dissatisfied with both the machine , which was expensive, and the company. I will certainly not buy another product from them !”
