Second time in less than 6 months that my Dyson Hoover doesn't work, unacceptable service, I specifically asked for a next day delivery considering I have my son birthday party tomorrow and I don't have a hoover. I am really disappointed and I will discourage anyone I know to buy from this company.

Placed an order 10 days ago and after multiple emails confirming incorrect delivery dates, failed deliveries and several times on hold, i am still without my vacuum. Logistics partner is useless with no ownership taken for poor delivery service. I just need to wait until they have an available day to dispatch my vacuum. Have not used my vacuum yet so cannot review product but suggest you do not order online as they cannot manage delivery process.

Disappointed and Shocked by Dyson’s Products and Service I purchased a Dyson wireless vacuum in 2022, expecting quality and reliability from a brand that markets itself as premium. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Not long after buying it, a part broke—and Dyson no longer made that specific part, so I had to wait over a month to receive a complete replacement vacuum. Annoying, but I figured at least the issue would be resolved. When I got the new vacuum, I registered it for the warranty and even received a confirmation email with the serial number and expiration date. Fast-forward just a year and a half later—the motor dies. On a vacuum that cost me $700. Unacceptable. Now here's the worst part: I contact Dyson, and they claim my warranty isn’t valid. They tell me the email confirmation “doesn’t count” and that the vacuum is no longer covered. The only solution offered? Pay $450 to replace the main part—basically the cost of a new vacuum. This whole experience feels like a scam. A product that expensive shouldn’t break within 18 months, and a brand like Dyson should honor their own documentation. I am shocked and deeply disappointed by their service, policies, and product durability. I will never buy from Dyson again—and I strongly advise others to think twice before investing in their overpriced, underperforming products.

I placed an order with Dyson Australia on June 14, and as of today, still have not received my item. Their website clearly states 2–4 day delivery, but that promise has been completely ignored. What’s worse is the lack of communication. I had to reach out three times just to get any information, and each time I was on hold for 1–2 hours. No updates, no proactive service, and absolutely no accountability. Now I’m being told my item might dispatch on June 29 – over two weeks late. No confirmation, no firm date, and no compensation offered. At this point, the experience feels like a scam – taking money upfront and delivering nothing, with no transparency. This has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Dyson is a premium brand, but this was appalling service. I would strongly caution others before ordering from their website.

I loved my vacuum so I got warranty for it. So a few months in my vacuum was spinning out of control so I messaged customer service. Told them I need a replacement head for my vacuum. That was the issue. So they said we need to do the steps . Asked me questions about what could be the problem. Have you done this, is it doing this and all these simple things that wasn’t wrong with it. So finally after talking more. They told us take the vacuum to USPS so we can ship it to get it repaired. And wait 26 days for them to repair and send it back. 2 months go by and we haven’t heard from them. So we message them they said give us 24 hours. We message them again “24 hours again” then the next “72 hours.” And then finally 3 days. So finally we told them we want a refund they said they can’t do that. After a long talk and ended conversations later they said they will send a new vacuum over. Okay no problem. But they will use my warranty on my old vacuum to help replace this new one. My issue is they lost my vacuum and used my warranty to cover the lost. And usually I’d be upset more but c‘mon. This wasn’t my fault I followed the instructions and now I can’t use my warranty in case something else happens to this new one. I had to buy a new one while I sent mine over to be repaired.

We had a terrible experience with Dyson. We purchased a hair straightener, and it broke much sooner than expected. When we reached out to customer service, they were rude, unhelpful, and displayed poor problem-solving skills. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their products at all. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

Awful experience. We paid $700 on a Dyson Cordless Vacuum. I had to return it in order to get a replacement sent. It has now been months Dyson has my money & my vacuum. It stopped working properly after a few months. I reached out to them & have been waiting months for a replacement. I have had to spend countless hours on phone via email & even chat trying to get this resolved. Every single associate apologizes and says that Dyson stands by their products and has amazing service, and wants to help us fix it. I’ve been told three times that they would expedite the new unit & Here I am another month has gone by and I’m having to contact them again. Unless you have disposable income that you just wanna throw away Not purchasing a Dyson. Any type of Dyson. The service is horrific, Beyond frustrating, unresponsive And just an overall disappointing experience. If I could give them negative stars, I would absolutely do that. I do not recommend Dyson nor would I recommend it to my family or friends.

I would give zero stars if I could. I will never buy any Dyson machine ever again. Having been a fan for years and wanting to support a British company. I paid to get my machine fixed in June (five whole months ago). It’s still not fixed after an ENORMOUS number hours of talking to customer services and repeating the same questions AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN right from the beginning of the whole story and all the tests they want to run though AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. And THREE WHOLE DAYS waiting at home for them to collect the machine, which they didn’t. I gave up and asked for a refund and told the repair is NON REFUNDABLE even though my machine hasn’t been fixed. I plan on telling everyone I know. Awful awful treatment of your faithful customers.

I call the customer support line and nothing leads to vacuums. Dead end. So I go to chat and try a couple things they suggest, then it says "Can't chat, try later," or something like that. I had tried once before too and never got through. The product worked but you have to clean all dust and dirt by pulling it out with your hand. After 7 years it starts and stops. I'd like to buy a new one but I had quick questions for them and I can't get through. This is DC44 Animal vacuum.

Terrible customer service. My vacuum cleaner broke so I contacted their WhatsApp customer service. I told them my issue and they said they couldn't help me without my personal information. I honestly do not see a single reason why any of my personal information is needed for someone to troubleshoot a household appliance. Why do they REQUIRE my Name, Email Address, and HOME ADDRESS to troubleshoot a household appliance?

Product I was given was faulty and Dyson 5 weeks on after 2-3 calls a week have failed to arrange a successful exchange! Fobbed off by multiple agents and no escalation call back after 3 weeks of waiting. Manager didn’t call back. Left to try and solve their problem on my time. Shocked that such a big brand and expensive product has such poor dysfunctional customer service. No satisfactory resolution and no compensation for my time and trouble. Disgraceful. I will never buy another Dyson product again.

I got a rubbish product with rubbish customer service....I wasn't rude but when I realised things weren't going to be resolved...I told them I understood the fact that they personally don't design their products but what has happened on their side was genuinely disappointing and I would lying if I said I was happy... I wished her all the best though. Then as I'm about to hang up the girl on the phone literally begs me to let her do her 3 minute sales pitch about their latest products....Like she would get fired if she didn't 🤣 So I felt sorry for her personally and sat and listened!! TERRIBLE COMPANY.

In addition to being overpriced the products are not as good. The batteries don't hold charge, all their vacuum's are difficult to clean and the suction power deteriorates quickly. Not worth the money. Their customer service stinks too. As my wife likes the products I ordered an Airwrap online. Payment was authorized but Dyson cancelled the order. Upon calling customer services and speaking to the Manager Jamie, I am deemed a security risk. LOL Really? Tip for Dyson, if you prefer not to do business with me that's ok, but don't block the money on my card and keep it for ten days. Abbort the transaction before!

Dyson supersonic hair dryer is next to useless only works for a few minutes then cuts out. Have tried to get it repaired from John Lewis but have to pay £99 for them to collect even though we have a proof of purchase receipt. Have given upon Dyson products and just got a new shark cordless which is way better than the prevous Dyson we used to buy. Sad to see such a British icon losing its way.

My Dyson AM07 fan only cost me 350 hard-earned £££ and developed black exhaust-like marks where the air is forced out of the loop despite very little use in a room regularly cleaned with one of their V6 vacuum cleaners and after submitting photos to Dyson I was informed that "this is unusual but don't worry about it". Won't be buying Dyson products again if this is their attitude when they sell you faulty products and I suggest you don't buy from them as they don't respect customer loyalty! It's your loss Dyson as I was going to buy my girlfriend the V10!
