“EEuroparts. I went on their site gave my volvo XC 60 information. The site directed me to the brake pad site. The site confirmed that the Akebono E1412 was the dorrect brake pad for my Volvo XC60. The brake pads were not correct. I did the online chat and received a Q code UPS to return the brake pad in the original box ect,,, I shipped it back on June 1st 2026 . They received the package on June 4th 2026. It was confirmed by UPS. I have text with the online assistant several times regarding some sort of refund but have not heard back from them. My UPS reference : 1Z972R049012388034. They did ship pretty fast but it has been 3 weeks almost 4. Some person in the EEuroparts company should be responsible and resolve my issue.”
