“Omg run for the hills, zero score late order no coms, paypal involved and xmas gifts gone, pity really as it could of been a brill site. Avoid!!”

“Terrible customer service, Terrible attitude, spoke over me and cut me off, extremely rude for a customer service agent. It has been a month since i placed my order and still nothing has arrived. they claim it is the courier but they wont simply call them to resolve it, they tell me i have to call them (and sit on hold for 40 minutes every time). By far the worst ever management of an online clothing company i have ever experienced. Will never shop with them again.”

“the return and refund process was appalling. it took near 2 months and dozens of emails to finally get my refund, and they sent a check instead of refunding my debit card. never again!”
