“I complained via Trust Pilot as I only received one of the 3 cards I had ordered Katie from Customer Service Department e-mailed to say that my order had been dispatched , although I had not received it and gave me the option of a refund or replacement, I asked for a replacement and the cards eventually arrived. So I will be using Funky Pigeon again.”
“I have ordered several cards from Funky Pigeon. Yes, one of them did arrive a day late but that could have been the fault of the postal service.. or even my fault for not ordering the card early enough. I have since decided to order my cards early to make sure they arrive in plenty of time. My latest card was a Mother’s Day card, which my Mum has already received. She has dementia and is in a nursing home. None of her family have been able to see her because of this COVID-19. So it meant a lot to her having a card with family photos on it and plenty of memories. Most importantly of all for me is that the quality of the print on these cards is always very good.”
“It is easy to create a card, and the order was delivered on time. Only the quality of the printed photo wasn't very good. The truffes are not cheap, but they are very nice! My boyfriend was very happy with the surprise.”
“Very quick and easy to order card was good quality only when ordering one that your going to write then give even though you get a extra envelope the package it comes in says it's from funky pigeon which ruins the surprise a bit when persons in the house”

“Cards arrived in an envelope which didnt even have a proper name and address on.I ordered 2 cards .First one the colours were really dull and the second card never even had an envelope with it.I would never use these again .Didnt even have time to ring and complain because had to give family member the cards.”
“I was very pleased with the postcards but there is some sort of trick during the checkout process that leads to you inadvertently signing up to pay £15 per month to My Funky Rewards. After complaining, I did receive my £15 back but I’m not a fool and I’m certain that I was tricked here.”
