I have sent a total of five emails , no reply, and they do not supply a phone number! Absolutely disgusting service . If I could have given minus stars I would have .”

Absolutely disgraceful - I’m annoyed and extremely disappointed. It took me ages to sort out the card too as it’s not a user friendly experience. I had to do it 3 times. I’m so upset at myself about not reading the reviews beforehand because I normally do.
I was on a time scale as I only had until 9.0 I believe. The whole experience has been horrible as my husband never got his surprise card, which I can’t get over.
This is appalling and WH Smith’s should be ashamed of themselves.”
