I complained via Trust Pilot as I only received one of the 3 cards I had ordered Katie from Customer Service Department e-mailed to say that my order had been dispatched , although I had not received it and gave me the option of a refund or replacement, I asked for a replacement and the cards eventually arrived. So I will be using Funky Pigeon again.
