I feel strongly to write a review about a delivery of a Christmas card more than one months late! Having read the other reviews here I see so many have faced delivery issues too. I have written in to customer service to give the feedback of disappointing service. I will not be using Funky Pigeon again.

I was told "Unfortunately, the date given is an estimated delivery date not a guaranteed delivery day", in other words they are lying on their website to get you to order first.

I ordered a card and gift card with first class delivery and it took 7 days to arrive! Even though they apparently posted it on the day I ordered. So it missed my Mum's birthday. I have never had an issue when I post first class, but this seems to be a common issue for this company based on other people's reviews. Not worth the hassle. Buy a card and post it yourself!!
