“I visited the new hobbs store at Blanchardstown. Peppi was amazing at helping me choose clothes to suit me. She was so kind and i l am delighted with my purchases. They are tailored so well”

“I visited your Horsham store and received the most outstanding service from your staff. Angela was particularly helpful. I had visited Shrewsbury in September and seen a plum coloured Ashley top. Angela went out of her way to help me find one in my size. She found one in a store at Lakeside then she telephoned the shop and asked the lady to see if she could find it. She then handed the phone to me and I was able to pay over the phone. The next day the top arrived at my address less than 24 hours later. I am totally overwhelmed by the service I received. Horsham is 40 miles away, however I will be returning there very soon because the customer service you get there is exceptional.”

“I bought the Clarence camel jacket online and am delighted with it. It fits true to size. It’s beautifully tailored. The fabric is all wool, not a wool blend which is more the norm these days. It’s a classic style and I’ll get loads of wear out of it for years to come. One of my better, if not best online purchases. I think self congratulations are in order”

“I went to the covent Garden Branch and Keeley was very helpful and patient, she maade various suggestions and I felt her commentary was honest. She also went out of her way to help me call another branch so that I could purchase a jacket which I really appreciated. Excellent service and staff.”

“The service I received on Saturday from Alison at Hobbs’ Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, was exceptional. I had phoned the shop and spoken to Alison the previous evening saying I was looking for a smart dress for a wedding, asking if they had dresses in my size because I was making a two-hour journey to visit their store. A selection of dresses was put aside for me to try the following morning. After trying on five different styles, I purchased Hobbs Blue Aurora Dress in size 16. The fit is very good, and the look is stylish. The dress is well made, fully lined and it was presented to me in a full-length dress bag. The service I received from Alison was truly outstanding.”

“Fantastic service and attention from Kate at the Derby store last week. I arrived late in the afternoon to see a jacket Kate had agreed to reserve for me. Her opinion and advice were excellent resulting in me taking home the jacket plus an extra pair of trousers and a blouse. Thank you Kate.”

“Went into the Lincoln store again today to try on a dress and jacket they had ordered in for me Perry helped me such a nice lady not pushy at all I will certainly go back the amount of shops I come out of because the sales staff wont leave you alone,felt very valued as a customer thank you Perry excellant service”

“I received outstanding customer service at the Hobbs Edinburgh George Street Store in an last minute panic for an outfit for my husband’s investiture. Carole along with her colleagues were so helpful and patient during the many outfit changes I eventually left with an full ensemble I felt absolutely fantastic in. I can’t praise the team in the Edinburgh store enough for the first class service and would recommend to anyone.”

“I have bought several lovely wedding outfits from the Buchanan Street, Glasgow store in the past and have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, and today was no exception. I was served today by Avril who is a credit to the store , very friendly and nothing too much trouble . Another successful trip .”
