Where do I start!
Discount code on website doesn't work - an issue I have raised previously with H&B.
Delivery doesn't arrive on advised day, let alone within the 2 hour time-slot.
'Customer Service' takes an age to respond and then does so with "if your issue has not been resolved please let us know..."
I have persevered with H&B long enough and will not use them again. AVOID!

Even giving them one star is a massive compliment. I have been waiting for my delivery for over 3 weeks now. They didn't bother responding to my emails either. Definitely do NOT order from them if you need something straight away. Appalling service. Will not be using them again.
