Charged me £5.50 for an online item which they failed to deliver, then refunded me only £2.75. No reply to my email to customer service (other than the automated acknowledgement). For £2.75, I can't be bothered to pursue any further, just thought I'd put in a review to blow off steam. Won't be using them again.

Waited for 5 days then called costumer service to be told that my product not even in the depo and they are sorry and they will send it to my house soon as available,plus a 25 percent discount for the enconveinience.

Placed an order which got lost so missed Christmas. They re-ordered it for me and sent it out express. It also got lost. Spent a lot of time Chatting with their service dept who were unable to find either order. I'm sure they cant be this bad with all orders, but so many e-mail's with false promises forced me to get a refund. Awful experience.
