I bought jeans and the package said they were delivered. When I checked I didn’t get any and I contacted hollister. They are sending me a new pair. I never leave reviews but I appreciate it so much when I company is willing to do this. They have my perfect size and I will continue shopping there.

I bought a jacket , when got the jacket the zipper was damaged, at the same time I called the costumer service to report the issue , but they are not cooperative (worst costumer service) . I got the jacket with a sale price (nice price) the option they gives me its get the refund and return jacket back it’s no more sizes.

Worst customer service over the phone for online orders . I have placed online order and the second day of my order the prices changed on the website. I called the customer service for price match but they didn’t gave to me . But there website clearly says we can get price adjustments for our order with in 14 days of our order . Huge disappointment as I am the regular customer of Hollister 👎👎👎

I placed an order on 8/25 and my apartment # wasn't put in my package. Fedex couldn't deliver because of this and I called Hollister and was told the shipment was on it's way back to the store. I canceled that order and placed another order. The next day fedex delivered my first order that I canceled. I was refunded for my first order and then recharged for it since it was delivered. The second order was delivered and I returned it in the mail the same day. I was e-mailed 2 e-gift cards instead of my $208 being put back on my debit card, which was how I paid. I have called, chatted, and e-mailed and was told I would get a response in 3 business days. This was on the 14th! I know you have a 30 day return policy to get your original for of payment back, but the merchandise was returned before 30 days and it was the stores mistake in the first place! Almost 2 months later, still no answers!!! Definitely not happy and won't be spending anymore money here!

I bought a jacket 2019 dec returned in feb due to feathers coming through. Went to shop with original receipt (no other receipt given) Told from a photo by customer service it was wear n tear. Bare in mind I've been housebound from March to August due to covid and illness. So apparently a £90 jacket gets worn a few times then washed and its classed as wear and tear. Come on really hollister!! I was a loyal customer as was my family and now we aren't going to return custom if this is how they treat loyal customers Very unprofessional

Terrible company They charge fortune for the shipping and then include what looks like free return label but only later I realise they have deducted £9 from my refund I don’t remember seeing this on the return label ,as I would if kept an item Over all I paid £5 shipping fee and £9 return fee for £19 top Awful

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER DELIVERED ITEMS BUT SENT EMAILS SAYING THEY DID, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOTHING. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Beware, if you need to return by post (and during covid there has been no choice) they charge £9...! they are making money on this, it is outrageous and they have just made sure I don't ever order again!

It appears that everyone is unhappy with Hollister's ridiculous returns policy... Deducting £9 of the refund if using their pre-paid returns label which goes to a UK address or pay for your own international postage to Netherlands to get your full product purchase back.... Just crazy. Majority of retail companies allow free returns, exchanges.... Except Hollister

Awful customer service... Spent 27 pounds... had to return the item... paid for postage... got my refund today of 18 pounds as the company charge you 9 pounds to return an item. Will never order from them again

Yuk Yuk Yuk. Terrible company. Terrible customer services. Terrible systems. My Order address got corrupted Online and noticed immediately having received confirmation. 2 minutes after noticing I sent an email but they could not change the order, sent 2 further emails and called 2 times. So it’s being sent to ‘nowhere’! It hadn’t even been dispatched and the reason is, that they charge for returns. DONT BUY FROM HOLLISTER ONLINE. Although my order could end up in a dustbin somewhere in the UK. My Granddaughter won’t get her Christmas present due to ‘systems’!
