“Twice I bought a 501 jeans on sale and Twice they canceled my order and tell me wait 7 to 10 business days for refund. 1st their excuse was because I picked the store to pickup and it says 5 or less available, they didn't have it and was canceled. Then they gave a discount code for free shipping. So, when the site showed one on the site and free shipping, I bought it again. I even paid about $8 more and accepted to wait couple of weeks. Then again my order was canceled with the same waiting time for my refund. I bet if I paid $50 to $70 for the same Jean, there wouldn't be any problems with my order and would have received it with no problem.
This is ridiculous and their customer service keeps giving the same excuse.
Worst buying experience ever.”
“I bought a pair of 501 relax fit and I was happy till I saw a thread out of the leg seam and it just got worse on the third wash ... if I wanted ripped up jeans I would bave bought them ....... I was a fan but now idk if I will buy again”
“The material is ridiculously thin and poor quality.
They use some kind of laser to create fake faded look that only weakens the material allowing them to rip easier than a thin shirt.
The Haas family owns this company now and pays its slaves poorly so I completely understand why the fit and quality of Levi’s brand are things of the past.”
“Ordered 2 pair of jeans to qualify for free shipping, 1 order 1 mailing address I then got an email stating 1 paid was on the way while the other was cancelled because the shipping address was outside the US. Now how can that be if 1 paid is coming to my home from the SAME order. So I paid for both pair initially but was reimbursed for the pair they say had a different address but paid shipping on the 1st pair because then the order didn't qualify for free shipping. Customer service was horrible, no one taking into consideration that it was 1 order and how could 1 pair be coming to me but the other had a different address. Will never order from here again and I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on Levi Strauss jeans. They ruined it for me”
“I purchased 2 pair of Levi’s on sale, marked no returns/no exchanges. Ok, they were cheap enough. I’ve worn the same size for YEARS. What could go wrong? The “white” jeans were covered in gold wash! Mind you they were called luminary white, but virtually ALL the pictures showed a creamy winter white type of jean (see first 3 photos attached to this review), so I purchased them feeling confident they were as advertised in the photos. When I wanted to return them as they literally were NOT what the photos showed, I was told firmly “no”. They tried to argue with me, well if you go to photo 7, you can see the gold wash—you mean the BLURRY photo? It’s the 3rd photo attached to this review if they upload correctly. Honestly, it’s not about the money. It’s about the fact that the jeans look DIFFERENT from the photos and I never would have ordered jeans with a sparkly gold wash on them. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I wish I could give you NO stars.”
“I bought 3 pair of levis at Belk had them about 3 months now every pair has holes in them already the cheapest quality of material that can be found their quality has went way downhill I would definitely not buy any more”
“Rip off company, refusing to pay my refund keep getting the run around. Levi is a rip off. Don't order from this company if you expecting a refund. Contact your attorney general if you're having refund issues”
“Worst service ever, ordered with 40% off, website switched it to the 10% and customer service refuses to make an adjustment, guess they don't care about losing loyal customers”
“return policy is awful i used a gift card to make an exchange and they had to email me another gift card that i had to wait hours and couldn’t do my exchange… terrible store customer service no apology or thank you … levi las vegas south outlet… terrible”
“I am so disappointed in Levi’s online. I ordered a variety of Levi’s online on the 27 August. I received no dispatch notification so emailed to find out where my order was. I received a reply saying they had run out of an item and would give me a credit to replace it and I’d been informed when the balance of my order was to be dispatched, that was a week ago and I have NOT received any notification or credit…. I have now requested a full refund as this is absolutely unacceptable. I would be very wary when buying anything from Levi’s online!!”
“I returned a pair of shorts and they issued me a gift card. I wanted my original form of payment to be credited. They refuse to do so. Their customer service is terrible.”
“The quality of the jeans is good, the exchang/return policy is horrid. Sure, 30 days should be enough time, but when you're shipping them to your daughter in Asia and she has to ship them back due to a sizing issue and they get back in your hands 34 days later, you'd think you'd be allowed to exchange them for a better fit. Not with Levi's. It's the last pair I'll buy direct from them - Nordstrom has a much better return policy.”
“I am 55-years old and have been wearing Levi's since I was in middle school. The past few years, there has been a noticeable decline in quality. I have purchased eight pairs over the past few years, and every single pair rips at the crouch after 6 months. Such a disappointment from the iconic brand I once knew. I used to wear nothing else, but now I'm moving on.”
“I bought some jeans online with misleading information. They were not the size the company advertised. I was too dumb to wash them to make them shrink but it didn't work and when I tried to return or exchange them they didn't allow me to do it. Don't buy anything from this company online.”
“Ordered jeans at the Prime Outlet Store in Norfolk Virginia. Size needed was not in store. Pants delivered was the wrong size. Wanted pants for trip leaving on next day. I was very disappointed. Will never buy from Levi's again.”
“On January 7th, I visited Levi’s at the Tanger Outlets in search of white jeans. I picked one to try on, and when I opened it, I discovered it was stained and soiled inside. The entire pant was covered in filth. The situation caused quite a stir in the store when the associate helping me noticed what had happened. While I love the brand, this incident raises serious concerns about their hygiene and quality control processes. Imagine if it had been a black pair of jeans, and I hadn’t noticed. The potential health risks are alarming.”
