“The return policy is archaic. Even with the receipt you can’t get store credit. There second hand program is a bunch of malarkey. I had the original receipt stating my purchase being 45 days ago and they were only going to offer me a $10 store credit. Even Bloomingdale’s has a better return/exchange policy. Don’t purchase Levi products directly from the source. Go through a department store. Levi Jeans DO BETTER!”
