“I bought a pair of jeans ($75) at a store in Nashville they did not tell me or has signs that all jean items were 50% nationwide I called Levi's and confirmed that the promotion was actually still ongoing the first guy said I got you I just need a number from the actual tag on the shorts I didn't have them on hand at the moment he said ok I will issue a discount code when you call back and provide the number, got the shorts from my daughter and now I'm calling back and two representatives say they can't access to my order history of purchases in store even though I'm a Levi's member and I can see all orders are registered so BAD for the store for not being up to date with the promos and BAD for having inexperienced people on costumer service that can't even find my order.
