Worst service ever, ordered with 40% off, website switched it to the 10% and customer service refuses to make an adjustment, guess they don't care about losing loyal customers

return policy is awful i used a gift card to make an exchange and they had to email me another gift card that i had to wait hours and couldn’t do my exchange… terrible store customer service no apology or thank you … levi las vegas south outlet… terrible

Two pairs of my 550 jeans ripped when I bent down. Levis are very poor quality now.

I am so disappointed in Levi’s online. I ordered a variety of Levi’s online on the 27 August. I received no dispatch notification so emailed to find out where my order was. I received a reply saying they had run out of an item and would give me a credit to replace it and I’d been informed when the balance of my order was to be dispatched, that was a week ago and I have NOT received any notification or credit…. I have now requested a full refund as this is absolutely unacceptable. I would be very wary when buying anything from Levi’s online!!

I’m really impressed with Levi’s customer service – such kind and professional attitude towards customers! My warranty claim was handled smoothly, and I even received a replacement directly from the US without any issues. Thank you for taking care of your loyal customers!

I returned a pair of shorts and they issued me a gift card. I wanted my original form of payment to be credited. They refuse to do so. Their customer service is terrible.

The return policy is archaic. Even with the receipt you can’t get store credit. There second hand program is a bunch of malarkey. I had the original receipt stating my purchase being 45 days ago and they were only going to offer me a $10 store credit. Even Bloomingdale’s has a better return/exchange policy. Don’t purchase Levi products directly from the source. Go through a department store. Levi Jeans DO BETTER!

The quality of the jeans is good, the exchang/return policy is horrid. Sure, 30 days should be enough time, but when you're shipping them to your daughter in Asia and she has to ship them back due to a sizing issue and they get back in your hands 34 days later, you'd think you'd be allowed to exchange them for a better fit. Not with Levi's. It's the last pair I'll buy direct from them - Nordstrom has a much better return policy.

I am 55-years old and have been wearing Levi's since I was in middle school. The past few years, there has been a noticeable decline in quality. I have purchased eight pairs over the past few years, and every single pair rips at the crouch after 6 months. Such a disappointment from the iconic brand I once knew. I used to wear nothing else, but now I'm moving on.

I bought some jeans online with misleading information. They were not the size the company advertised. I was too dumb to wash them to make them shrink but it didn't work and when I tried to return or exchange them they didn't allow me to do it. Don't buy anything from this company online.

I have been using Levi’s jeans for a long time. Off late there is a big degradation in fabric quality . Early wear and tear including the signature Red loop jeans . When I reached customer support , I was told no fabric support beyond 12 months !! Does not make sense to invest so much . The bad part is denial mode responses and zero sensitivity . And no effort to check the product despite sharing all photos

Ordered jeans at the Prime Outlet Store in Norfolk Virginia. Size needed was not in store. Pants delivered was the wrong size. Wanted pants for trip leaving on next day. I was very disappointed. Will never buy from Levi's again.

On January 7th, I visited Levi’s at the Tanger Outlets in search of white jeans. I picked one to try on, and when I opened it, I discovered it was stained and soiled inside. The entire pant was covered in filth. The situation caused quite a stir in the store when the associate helping me noticed what had happened. While I love the brand, this incident raises serious concerns about their hygiene and quality control processes. Imagine if it had been a black pair of jeans, and I hadn’t noticed. The potential health risks are alarming.

I ordered a pair of jeans for Christmas but they did not fit but they charged me over $15 to ship back. I will never order from them again. In this time of ordering online I can’t believe they would charge a person at this rate. Maybe have more in store so we are not forced to order online!!!

Did not receive my daughter’s jeans for Christmas. They did not even have them in stock when they said they did. They did not make it right or even have a good answer. Saying sorry does not resolve any issues. I will never order from them again. What a horrible experience.
