“I was persuaded to buy a pair of jeans which were a very snug fit. I was told that they would soon loosen up, and would feel comfortable. I was anxious about this, as - at £95.00 - they'd be too expensive to keep in the wardrobe! However, the assistant told me that if I didn't take the tags off, I could wear them around the house for four weeks, and if I wasn't happy, I could exchange them for a slightly bigger size. After one week, the jeans hadn't got any more comfortable, so I took them back and exchanged them. There was no fuss, no quibbling. Very efficient service, and a very good customer-focused concept.”
