“I am having Levi's make headphone/ earphones with a charging cable. But for a few days, I am facing a problem of decreasing charging or weakness in charging the earphones. Even if I charge it fully, it gets discharged automatically within 45-60 minutes without any use. Product photos are attached
So I wish to repair /rectify it at the Levi's service centre. So plz share my contact details, address of Levi's service centre in Pimpri Chinchwad or Pune. Or you can share Levi's authorized channel partner or service channel partner in Pune.
Plz note that if Levis fails to support customers, I have to forcefully post a very bad , worst service support review on social media.

“I bought a pair of jeans ($75) at a store in Nashville they did not tell me or has signs that all jean items were 50% nationwide I called Levi's and confirmed that the promotion was actually still ongoing the first guy said I got you I just need a number from the actual tag on the shorts I didn't have them on hand at the moment he said ok I will issue a discount code when you call back and provide the number, got the shorts from my daughter and now I'm calling back and two representatives say they can't access to my order history of purchases in store even though I'm a Levi's member and I can see all orders are registered so BAD for the store for not being up to date with the promos and BAD for having inexperienced people on costumer service that can't even find my order.
Well here I'm writing a bad review on the very same shorts I have the issue with maybe the you all can see and find it.”

“I was persuaded to buy a pair of jeans which were a very snug fit. I was told that they would soon loosen up, and would feel comfortable. I was anxious about this, as - at £95.00 - they'd be too expensive to keep in the wardrobe! However, the assistant told me that if I didn't take the tags off, I could wear them around the house for four weeks, and if I wasn't happy, I could exchange them for a slightly bigger size. After one week, the jeans hadn't got any more comfortable, so I took them back and exchanged them. There was no fuss, no quibbling. Very efficient service, and a very good customer-focused concept.”
