“Wish that the employees would learn and understand the "code" "reward" and pay with the code system. Most employees seem annoyed that they need to deal with one more thing.”

“Don't usually go to MacDonalds, and my last drive thru experience reminded me why. What I was really wanted was one of their softserve cones after a hard day gardening. That was extremely satisfying. But then as I waited in line for the order kiosk (drive thru) considered I should eat a meal as well. So ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. Asked for an iced coffee as the drink. Slurped my ice cream cone as I drove home. Yum. Opening the QP meal was not so good. No cheese on the burger, and the iced "coffee" was a milky slightly caramel flavored drink. Not so bad in itself, but certainly not a coffee. Fries were hot, at least. Service was fast, and pleasant staff.”

“Nice staff, conveniently placed BUT -school holidays so really really busy, people going off to KFC because there are no tables. There is one table with 1 person and his laptop (Manager Gavin??) who when asked if 3 could squeeze on replied no because he was working. Would waste my time here again. Thought your management programme was really good🙄”

“The app needs sorting out .I have made 2 large orders recently online .The app let's you order different food from menus and when I went to pay I was informed that there was a technical error on their side. I was given a code and told to go to order counter to seek assistance. The operator didn't have a clue after me queuing up for a good while and when the management said it was because certain Items weren't available .these items should be removed when not available so I dont6 have to go through all this rigmarole again before ordering .I then had to queue up again yo plcemy order at the till .”
