“The worst customer service ever. They keep insisting that I got what I ordered. The neckline is different, the fit is different, and it is unwearably huge. I took the measurements as stated on their site. Just see for yourself. I have been discussing this issue for over a week now. Never ever buy from them again.”

“Misinformation on my part for a gift purchased for my brother caused him to think the gift came from someone else, he said he never received my gift when in fact he did, responded to the company that he did not get package and they rushed another order through and shipped replacement either days. Great customer service, great product, will try to order for me soon.”

“The best service, the most understandable and humane customer care assistance! Especially want to mention manager Joana! I had a very complex situation and problematic request, but it took me only two messages and less than 12 hours to resolve all of my troubles and my request was realized the best way!”

“The three t-shirts I ordered have been produced with excellent quality. I did query where my order was and was immediately contacted by Moteefe who were magnificent in their follow-up and advice. I would not hesitate to order more shirts from this company. The last shirt was a little outside the expected delivery date range but it is, after all, an estimate as there are other variables outside Moteefe's control.”

“I have a shirt I can't even put on, the size is much smaller than any other normal size shirt. Order two times bigger than you wear on this site at least because there are no exchanges or returns.”

“When i finally received the t shirt I ordered for a friend's birthday it had the wrong month on it. After sending an e mail to them they wanted to see a picture of the shirt which I provided. Since then I haven't gotten a response. I will never order anything from them again and would advise you don't either.”

“Hey, just letting anyone who cares that this t-shirt being sold on the Moteefe platform https://moteefe.com/store/river-smith-tribute-tshirt...was ripped off from a Country artist by the name of Granger Smith who created this shirt for his 3 year old son that recently passed away in a terrible accident. The shirt is a tribute to his son and all proceeds are supposed to be going to the hospital that treated his son. Just want people to know what kind of company you really are. Ripping someone off who lost a child in order to make a buck. I mean really? Anyone who has a heart, please don't buy this from them and please don't use the platform.”

“I echo the sentiment of the review that was posted yesterday..."I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Their sizing is terrible. The customer service had the nerve to tell me that I should have looked at the size guide. Really??? Because apparently a 2xl means a small." When I emailed the customer service, they spent their time proving me wrong, rather than trying to satisfy the customer. That is not a good way to get return business.”

“Ordered a shirt back in March. Still have not received it now nearing June. Do NOT order from this company. I learned my lesson and will now be reading reviews before every purchase. A total waste of money!”
