“This is by far the worst site ever to ship internationally This is by far the worst site ever to order cloths. I’ve been waiting for my order for 4 months now. And each time I send the customer service team inquiring about my shipment, a different agent (name) answers me giving me a crapy excuse to look for the shipment with my neighbors! Or wait for another 2 weeks and they can’t provide a shipment tracking number. When I asked for canceling the order and refunding, they stated that this should have been done in the first 24 hours. How could I’ve known that the order will be delayed in the first 24 hours. Seriously an unprofessional agency.”

“Absolutely terrible company. Ordered two prints and received one, then had to fight tooth and nail to get the second one resent. They explained I should wait a further 2 weeks after it was delayed already even though I had the tracking number which said it had been in the postal office for 3 weeks... obviously lost. Then after waiting 6 weeks I received the second print and it was completely damaged. Will never use this company again and highly recommend you go somewhere else for yours.”

“I was sent the wrong product. I did not order the wrong size; they sent me the wrong size. My order form was for a XXL men's t-shirt. they sent me a XL, mistakes happen but they will not address the issue, they keep saying for me to measure the shirt take a picture, for what. It is clearly a mistake on their part, just make good on it. they had no problem taking my money, and now won't deliver my product i ordered correctly.”

“Awful experience!!! I purchased a t-shirt. I ordered a size bigger than I wear and it was still too small. The material is very thin. I tried to exchange or return this t-shirt an was told they DON'T return or exchange. Very expensive for a crap t-shirt!!”

“I ordered & received a cat print t-shirt. Unfortunately the print was very bad. I contacted support@moteefe.com who asked me to send a photo of the t-shirt. They immediately agreed to replace the t-shirt & also agreed to change the size which I had ordered incorrectly. There was a delay in the arrival of the replacement but having received it I find it is now EXACTLY what I wanted. The quality of the material and the print itself are excellent. The assistance I received from the customer support dept. was both friendly and prompt with no quibbles. Very pleased”

“Horrible service! I ordered a t-shirt with "The Office" theme and it was misspelled! I emailed customer service and they would not correct their mistake. I asked for a different one and they refused. I then asked them if they did not see the design they are using is misspelled, and still no answer. I was not even asking for a refund. Simply a correction on the t-shirt or a different one. I wonder if they even have permission to be making these themed t-shirts. Probably not because if so the design would not be misspelled. Never buying from them again!”

“Great tee shirt. Seems to be of a very high quality, but I guess time will tell after a few washes. ;) All the seams are double rows of stitching, so I imagine it will hold up the rigours of being worn! Great service too with good comms all the way. My thanks. AndyR”
