“Highly unprofessional. I ordered in May 2019 and Its September running still haven't recieved the order. The people there keep giving next month day. And refuse to return the money.”

“Sizes run as much as 2 sizes smaller than expected so buyer beware. They won't take returns. Did the ad warn you? Maybe but that was not obvious if they did. First time out of many online orders I was unhappy with. Would not use this vendor ever again.”

“Order was supposed to be delivered 30 of August. First delay occurred and the next delivery day was 02 of September. Second delay with delivery day on 17 of September. I do not know about their policy and the ''customer care'', but this guys on the second delay told me to check with my neighbours if the parcel delivered to them on my absence. PROFESSIONAL NOT Of course already asked for refund but without any reply from their side. But they will be more than happy to assist me ''again'' if the package hasn't arrived by this date (17 SEPTEMBER)”

“I received my package in good order. Merchandise is of good quality. I have to tell you my story did start at Plattsbugh and kept giving. My great grandfather several times removed was one of the original founders of Plattsburgh. Then in 63 I was assigned to Plattsburgh as a sentry dog handler,Air Policeman. I am going to order another hoody”

“Order mid May. 1- First email from said it will arrive by 12 June. 2- second email said 19 June. 3- third email said 11 July. 4- fourth email said 2 August. 5- last email said 30 August. Total Scam. Better if you burn your money yourself. The funny thing is customer care says look for the package at your neighbors.”

“The shirt I ordered was about 1-2 sizes too small. So, at first I was disappointed. However, I worked with a very helpful customer support person (Davvies) and he was very timely with his responses and he helped me get a replacement. The second shirt fit perfectly. I rate this company 5 stars from the great help from customer service.”
