“Ich würde nie wieder bei Moteefe bestellen, da ich finde, dass die Qualität sehr schlecht ist. Der Druck ist nicht gut und fühlt sich auch nicht schön an (wie drauf geklebt).Auch die Farbe war nicht berauschend. Habe mehr erwartet.”

“ho ricevuto due magliette con taglie sbagliate e mi avete chiesto foto con il metro dicendomi poi che sono poco visibili. io non mento; e lo scrverò su facebook. tutti sapranno che il servizio è pessimo. I got two t-shirts in wrong sizes. You asked for photos and objected the photos were too small to be seen. I'm not a liar!!!! I'll write on facebook your service is very bad”

“Bestellung sollte zwischen 9. und 11. Oktober ankommen, ist aber bis heute nicht eingetroffen. Eine Mail mit der mit entsprechender Nummer zur Sendungsverfolgung wäre gut. Der Kundenservice reagierte zunächst sehr schnell: Es könne an Zusteller liegen, ich solle mich bis 19.10. gedulden und mal bei den Nachbarn fragen. Wenn bis zum 19.10. keine Zustellung erfolgt sei, solle ich mich nochmal melden. Dies tat ich. Seit dem bekomme ich auch keine Antwort mehr vom Kundenservice. Ich habe also weder meine Bestellung noch mein Geld zurück bekommen. Schade dass ich nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann.”

“this site is an absolute scam i got charged and additioinal 86€ for purchasing a 10 euro discount shirt, i have complained but got brushed off by your german customer service employee "Philipp" didn't tell me about your fraudulent practices. i will give another review and use my influencer audience of over 250k viewers to let everyone know how pitiful your service is and what shady practices are used to overcharge customers, also i will get into contact with my legal representation. i have my receipt and there is in no mentioned any extra charges. will add these facts to my vid about moteefe and also your weak support system. this message will also be redirected to your department for complaints my order number is #57514024 i strongly suggest that you finally take notice.”
