“sizes are way off ordered a size larger than my partner needed turned up barely big enough for my granddaughter , quality is poor at best contacted company and reply was more or less tough you arn,t getting a refund. would recommend staying WELL CLEAR of this company.”

“Delivery was fast, the Quality of the paper and the print was good...BUT the image source wasn't good enough to be printed in the size wich was offered (DIN A2). Therefor the print was blurred and had compression artifacts. Customer Service wasn't helpful at all and declined to take it back. NEVER AGAIN!”

“My tshirt came today. The printing had a partial faint line on the right side of the design and a wider stripe of off color on the left. It looks like a big error in the printing. Also the shirt is too small. I measured myself and used those to order the size according to what was listed on the site. I am very disappointed that it cost me so much and I can't even wear it and the quality of the printing was bad. I would not buy from them again since I paid for something I can't wear.”

“Sizes are wrong, i ordered an L and a friend of my has size S normally and it als doesn't fit her really. By objectdescription is the advise to take one size bigger than normally..........it's incorrect and you will not get you're money back or an another solution.........very bad company with chinese sizes”

“Moteefe are a joke they sell you tee shirts saying they are premium quality the image is the only premium thing about it because the actual tee shirt is cheap rubbish not worth more than £2.99 I've seen better quality in primark and now say they dont give refunds if I dont get a refund I will be seeing what trading standards have to say about the quality they are charging £20 for a total rip off sizes are also wrong a large is more like a small”

“Sizes run as much as 2 sizes smaller than expected so buyer beware. They won't take returns. Did the ad warn you? Maybe but that was not obvious if they did. First time out of many online orders I was unhappy with. Would not use this vendor ever again.”

“Order was supposed to be delivered 30 of August. First delay occurred and the next delivery day was 02 of September. Second delay with delivery day on 17 of September. I do not know about their policy and the ''customer care'', but this guys on the second delay told me to check with my neighbours if the parcel delivered to them on my absence. PROFESSIONAL NOT Of course already asked for refund but without any reply from their side. But they will be more than happy to assist me ''again'' if the package hasn't arrived by this date (17 SEPTEMBER)”

“Order mid May. 1- First email from said it will arrive by 12 June. 2- second email said 19 June. 3- third email said 11 July. 4- fourth email said 2 August. 5- last email said 30 August. Total Scam. Better if you burn your money yourself. The funny thing is customer care says look for the package at your neighbors.”

“This is by far the worst site ever to ship internationally This is by far the worst site ever to order cloths. I’ve been waiting for my order for 4 months now. And each time I send the customer service team inquiring about my shipment, a different agent (name) answers me giving me a crapy excuse to look for the shipment with my neighbors! Or wait for another 2 weeks and they can’t provide a shipment tracking number. When I asked for canceling the order and refunding, they stated that this should have been done in the first 24 hours. How could I’ve known that the order will be delayed in the first 24 hours. Seriously an unprofessional agency.”
