“Absolutely terrible company. Ordered two prints and received one, then had to fight tooth and nail to get the second one resent. They explained I should wait a further 2 weeks after it was delayed already even though I had the tracking number which said it had been in the postal office for 3 weeks... obviously lost. Then after waiting 6 weeks I received the second print and it was completely damaged. Will never use this company again and highly recommend you go somewhere else for yours.”

“I was sent the wrong product. I did not order the wrong size; they sent me the wrong size. My order form was for a XXL men's t-shirt. they sent me a XL, mistakes happen but they will not address the issue, they keep saying for me to measure the shirt take a picture, for what. It is clearly a mistake on their part, just make good on it. they had no problem taking my money, and now won't deliver my product i ordered correctly.”

“Awful experience!!! I purchased a t-shirt. I ordered a size bigger than I wear and it was still too small. The material is very thin. I tried to exchange or return this t-shirt an was told they DON'T return or exchange. Very expensive for a crap t-shirt!!”

“Horrible service! I ordered a t-shirt with "The Office" theme and it was misspelled! I emailed customer service and they would not correct their mistake. I asked for a different one and they refused. I then asked them if they did not see the design they are using is misspelled, and still no answer. I was not even asking for a refund. Simply a correction on the t-shirt or a different one. I wonder if they even have permission to be making these themed t-shirts. Probably not because if so the design would not be misspelled. Never buying from them again!”

“Wow terrible quality print. Material was sticky, and was so stuck to itself that it ripped right off the shirt upon unfolding. Scam company using stolen artwork.”

“The worst customer service ever. They keep insisting that I got what I ordered. The neckline is different, the fit is different, and it is unwearably huge. I took the measurements as stated on their site. Just see for yourself. I have been discussing this issue for over a week now. Never ever buy from them again.”

“I have a shirt I can't even put on, the size is much smaller than any other normal size shirt. Order two times bigger than you wear on this site at least because there are no exchanges or returns.”

“When i finally received the t shirt I ordered for a friend's birthday it had the wrong month on it. After sending an e mail to them they wanted to see a picture of the shirt which I provided. Since then I haven't gotten a response. I will never order anything from them again and would advise you don't either.”

“Hey, just letting anyone who cares that this t-shirt being sold on the Moteefe platform https://moteefe.com/store/river-smith-tribute-tshirt...was ripped off from a Country artist by the name of Granger Smith who created this shirt for his 3 year old son that recently passed away in a terrible accident. The shirt is a tribute to his son and all proceeds are supposed to be going to the hospital that treated his son. Just want people to know what kind of company you really are. Ripping someone off who lost a child in order to make a buck. I mean really? Anyone who has a heart, please don't buy this from them and please don't use the platform.”

“I echo the sentiment of the review that was posted yesterday..."I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Their sizing is terrible. The customer service had the nerve to tell me that I should have looked at the size guide. Really??? Because apparently a 2xl means a small." When I emailed the customer service, they spent their time proving me wrong, rather than trying to satisfy the customer. That is not a good way to get return business.”

“I will never ever order from them again order a shirt back in march to have it for my 50th bday never received they kept saying they shipped and now its May 23 and I still haven't received it just send me my damn money back and I won't be ordering from y'all again bad customer service terrible delivery and don't want to send people money you will not get no business from me again and I recommend no one orders from here again you guys are awful !!!! And I'm very angry 😡😡😡”
