“TOTAL SHAM! I ordered an item, in the beg of December for my Anniversary. I was told it would be here the 18th-20th. I didn't get tracking or shipping info at all. 20th came and went, and I emailed. They told me it shipped on the 20th. And would be here by the 24th the latest. My anniversary had come and gone, so I was like, okay, I'll have it as a Christmas gift. It never showed up. I emailed back on the 25h, and they said it shipped from their Europe Region because of the amount of orders, and would be here by Jan 7th. THIS IS A TOTAL SHAM AND ABSURD. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN A COMPANY IN DECEIT AND LIES. If i would've known, I wouldn't have ordered it. Now I demand my refund. ASAP. And I won't stop until I get it!!!!!! DON'T USE/ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!”

“By far the most ridiculous company I've ever dealt with. The sizing on my 11 year old daughters shirt I purchased for Christmas is way off. She wears a women's small, not even close. The shirt does however fit my 45 pound 7 year old. Contacted the company and instead of exchanging it they said they sent exactly what I had ordered. To make matters worse they wanted me to take pictures of the item along with measurements of the product and conduct some type of geometry experiment and send it to them. Worst customer service I've ever experienced hands down. Unfortunately my daughter loves the design and I love my daughter so I will have to make another purchase, but never again they are on my black ball list now. If I could give them less than 1 star I would but unfortunately that's not an option. Never in my life have I seen a company not willing to make something right. Save your time, money and the aggravation and order from somewhere else. By the way they responded to my first email and haven't responded to any of my others.”

“Wow. Cockeyed graphic, looks like it is a bad photocopy of a design, put onto a cheap shirt. $30? And it used Stan Lee's image and super hero likely not paying royalty to Marvel.”

“Sadly, mug had a cheap sticker of the image affixed rather than screened on. Disappointed to present this as a gift. Received two weeks after estimated arrival time.”

“not even a one star rating - this would already be too much...; orderer a T-shirt for a birthday; announced delivery date was the 7th of December, was changed to 11th of December, then to the 13th of December , now we go the 17th of December and the birthday has passed; these idiots do not even care to answer requests for the delivery date by email or else; do not buy anything from this company!!!!!”

“There is no returns policy, unless the tshirt is faulty or damaged. We accidently ordered XXL, so that's £25 down the drain. Lesson learnt the hard way, don't buy form websites you don't recognise and always read the website before you order.”

“Worst ever!!! Do NOT buy from them! Paid for a t shirt and it never arrived. They do not answer emails and have had to get paypal involved. What a rubbish business!!!! Absolutely disgusted with them.”

“I purchased a long sleeved tee shirt I saw advertised on Facebook. When it eventually arrived I was very disappointed with the quality of the tee shirt. The tee shirt was of poor quality as was the transfer they used on the front. In addition the sizing was very poor. I ordered a medium but the garment would hardly fit a ten year old. I emailed the company asking for a refund. They claim the tee shirt was made to order - highly unlikely and offered a different size. The main issue is that I am angry this company are charging £27 ( including p&p) for such a poor quality garment. E mails have now stopped after asking for a full refund. This is hardly good customer service. I am still determined to receive a refund and plan to go to Consumer Advise with this issue if it us not resolved soon.”

“Ignored when item was faulty. The lettering on the t shirt I bought peeled off after first wash. When I complained I sent photos and washing instructions ( which I had followrd) at their request and was told to wait 48hours for a decision. No answer after 3 days so emailed again, I've emailed twice again since and now am being ignored. I definitely should have had a full refund as it was faulty but cannot get an answer from them now.”

“Queen hoody just delivered. So disappointed with the quality and sizing. Ordered small mens for 14 year old grandson who usually takes extra small. I don’t think this would fit a 12 year old. What a waste of money. Like others, I should have read the reviews first. Complete rip-off.”

“Ordered t shirt they had from a Facebook ad. It arrived nothing like photo. No bling. Tacky screen print. A total fail. I’m filing a case against them with PayPal. People beware!”

“The shirt I received is nowhere near as good as the photo of what I ordered. The colours in the sales photo are bright and do not look faded. The colours on the shirt supplied look faded and the Tigger in the pompom on the hat is barely recognisable.”

“The quality of either the clothing or the print is not what I expected from 30+£ sweet shirts. The products I received are not inline with what was promoted in the advertising. The print on the shirt is super corny and very much low quality, there are even rest print still on the shirt.”
