Quality of shirt poor and printing nothing like in the online pictures.

Ordered a shirt... 1) Smallest 2X i've ever seen. 2) Shirt shows a deep purple, which i ordered. Its really a marbled plum.😡 3) Looks relatively long in ad. Barely waist length. I immediately sent email, asking if it could be returned. They asked me to measure it and take a picture of the label? Did not address the color and length. When i resisted, they pretty much said it was "custom made" and unless they erred w the size...sorry. Would NEVER buy from them again. Gonna report the event to my group.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I should have read all the poor reviews online before ordering the sweatshirt for my son. My credit card was charged in full on 9-14-18, and as of today I still don’t have my item. I contacted their customer service over a week ago & Nicolas emailed me back & advised my street address was missing from the delivery address, so I’d have to wait until the item is returned to Moteefe so it could be shipped out again. I was in shock. First of all, when I placed the order it would not allow me to proceed without complete address info, so this problem is obviously either a glitch on their end or an attempt to take my money & run. Their customer service is refusing to respond to any of my inquiries about this situation, so it looks like I will have to work with my credit card company to get the charge reversed somehow, since it’s obvious Moteefe isn’t interested in fixing the problem or providing decent customer service. I have even gone to Facebook & Twitter trying to reach out to them that way, to see if anyone there will respond. It’s really ridiculous, and I am appalled any reputable company does business this way. What a huge disappointment. Future buyers beware of this company & their fraudulent practices. Please read all the negative reviews out there & you will definitely see a pattern.

I would give them zero stars if I could! I sent an order in May with the wrong suburb on it. They said to wait til it was shipped back to them and then they could ship it back to me. It is now OCTOBER! They refuse to offer me a refund. The package is never coming! It's been MONTHS! They just want your money. Most decent companies would apologise and give me my money back! Pretty poor form considering it was a BIRTHDAY present. They avoid the issue and have very poor customer service and keep giving me the same line 'hope this clears up any confusion'. How condescending...I'm not confused, I just want a refund!

Terrible! Waste of money! Not even close to the online pictures! $30 ridiculous!! Complete rip off. Takes a month to receive! Horrible!

We placed an order at the beginning of december. After several emails and as many promises we would get what we ordered and paid for we still have nothing. No Christmas present and no money back and its March 10th. Moteefe are a scam so beware!
