I sent Mudhole an email with the print out stating what happened and Evan Hebert shipped out replacement products at no cost to me. “I first heard of Mud Hole from something I seen on a face book post back in 2014. Told the wife that taking the class would be neat. Just to learn how to build a fishing rod. She purchased a class for me to attend in Ohio the winter of 2015. I have been hooked ever since. Have seen almost every episode of the Mud Hole live shows. Been to Florida to see there old show room. Have not been there to see the new one, but will some day. Mud Hole has been amazing to deal with. The customer service is always helpful to me if I have a problem or just to answer questions. I would say shipping could be better, but it is what it is. “I have order from these guys for about a year and a half and bough mix series rods and the components and the one 6'6 med light rod I built for flounder and all I was amazed with it and my two 6' trolling rods are awesome ive caught everything from striper to black tip shark at va beach and ill tell you they are better than penn rods that I used to use. The guys at mud hole do a grrat job with the videos they do i love the service so far I haven't had ant complaints about.”
