I got online delivery of 5 pairs of shoes. Delivery was fast. However got 2 of them waiting for the rest and its been delivered 1 by 1 the shoes have defects and the shoe laces came undone. I am disappointed. You can see the picture it has a lot of defects

I placed my first order with Office and when I received the trainers one was black suede but the other was faded to a dark grey! They were on sale but that makes no difference. They looked ridiculous so I returned them immediately. I wrote a review but Office refused to publish it saying that it didn't meet up with their guidelines! What's the point of asking for reviews if you only publish the good ones??

The first time ordering from this shop and I received giant shoes with the right size on the label but 5 cm bigger in reality. Definitely defective because that difference is not a sizing issue. Customer support said this is a size issue and don't want to cover the return. So I have to pay for delivery and return for these cheap oversized shoes.

I returned the item as it was too big, but instead of getting a refund, Office has charged me another £96. Their customer service said that they've only charged me £2.50 for the return fee but they've took £96 from my account. This is very upsetting. Please return my money immediately!!!

My shoes were delivered to the wrong address, but Office Shoes won’t offer a refund. They say that because someone took the shoes in, I will have to pursue this matter through the police. I spoke to the house where they were wrongly delivered, and they provided proof that they’d returned the parcel. Allegedly the label was damaged, so the house number was unreadable. I sent this proof to Office, who were not interested. I shop online because I have been left very disabled by COVID, and am unable to visit the shops. Nice one, Office Shoes. I spent most of my annual budget on these shoes, and now you won’t refund me. This, despite the shoes being returned to you. I won’t be shopping with you again.

Awful. Took a month to rectify. Was sent shoes that had clearly been worn - I paid 110 for this pair! Mucky dirty worn and the box was CUT IN HALF yes cut in half along the bottom. Disgusting. Second paid was some Jordan’s 125…. Honestly couldn’t believe it I may of paid 125 for a piece of poo because I felt completely robbed. The leather was creased wrinkly totally not right. The stitching was loose on the shoe where it should be tight and flush, marks, inner sole was loose and held on to the shoe by a single glue dot it seemed. These are platform trainers I duno what Nike have done but have given you a platform and reduced the actual shoe so these slip off your heels when you walk. Air Jordan box looked like it had been sent through a war zone. So unimpressive like way to take an expensive product and make it look like it belonged in Poundland. Took a month to resolve all moneys. Not happy.

Terrible company, sent wrong shoes and asking me to now walk to a shop far away to send them back after taking 4 weeks to conclude the shoes were wrong after they asked me to send photos!!!! It is common practice to ask for pictures of the footwear so we can send them over to our dispatch team as proof the wrong footwear was sent. Sadly we do not offer a collection service, these would need to be returned to a collect plus drop off point or to an OFFICE store. You'll be able to print off your own Collect Plus returns label as well as find your nearest Collect Plus store by following the below link - https://www.office.co.uk/view/content/returnsinfo-page. Collect Plus is a simple, fast and tracked service for you to use to return items to us and it costs £2.95. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, due to new customs procedures, online orders delivered outside of the UK and NI, can not be returned to any of our stores. If your item is imperfect/incorrect - the £2.95 will not be deducted. If you are exchanging your order - this fee will not be deducted. Hope this helps. Thanks Cameron

Horrible service, please make yourself a favour and don't buy from Office. Ordered online and the parcel never arrived. On top of that, they would not issue a refund. Never experienced something similar, just extremely bad service.

I’ve been waiting for a refund since 20th April they’ve decided to ignore my messages this company should actually close down. I was desperate so ordered two shoes from here for Eid but still did not receive them. Will be getting my money back under section 75 but people should know how sick they are.

Should have read previous customers reviews, as I too, have been scammed by this Company. Over 2mths ago, placed an on-line order for a pair of Ugg Boots ( as they were the only UK store who had them in stock) sized up as got wide feet but when they arrived the Boots were too Big!. So I went onto the ‘returns section’ on their website and clicked to request a ‘returns label’ which was emailed over to me immediately attaching a ‘Yodel Returns Label’ to print off & attach to my parcel I wanted to return. The Ugg Boots were wrapped exactly as they arrived in the same box & packaging & sealed securely (with the invoice/ advice slip requesting a refund as’ Too Big’) with brown strong parcel tape & the Returns label taped on securely with clear sellotape. Then a few days later(all within their 28 day returns date policy) my parcel was dropped off at my local Yodel click&collect Store. I had proof of handing over the parcel & tracking details, which showed the Yodel courier collected my parcel from the store less than one hour that I had dropped it off and was returned by the their return’s department in Kilmarnock 4 days later. After a week I suddenly had a email saying that the parcel I returned with Ugg Boots in, Suddenly & Magically changed into ‘something else’ in a box with Chinese stickers and therefore ‘Would Not’ be refunding my monies paid. After over dozen emails & Live chats they refused to believe that I ‘HAD NOT’ returned the Ugg Boots, but could not provide me any evidence what was in this ‘mysterious Box with Chinese stickers’ or, send this back to me so I could make my own investigations!, Now two months on, I was emailed back by their Customer Services( who seemed to be replying to me from a script) informing me that this was their ‘Final Response’ and I should raise a chargeback with my Credit Card company! So, Unless you know you would definitely keeping goods ordered on-line, I suggest YOU DO NOT purchase any Goods from this company as YOU will not get your monies from this company!.

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!! WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE. If I could give this company MINUS 100, I WOULD!!. They are absolutely DO NOT deserve a 1 star. I’ve recently purchases leather shoes ( I’ve tried on the shoes for a first time at home and the stripe ripped off straight away) I have sent images straight away and I hope that they will apologies for a sending defected shoes and process a replacement. What I have received in a return is a horrible customer service, they have asked me to send the shoes back to Scotland for an inspection ( where you can see that the shoes are faulty and they have been literally purchases few days ago – therefore how is possible they already broken?) They do not provide any labels, or help! Literally I am without shoes and with no money! This was a last time I have purchased something with this company and I would never again! You can be sure that if the things go wrong and they sold you faulty item – they would never make it right for a customer. I have worked in this industry for a years and I have been a customer service manager – that’s not the way how you treat your customers. Maybe if you want eventually to loose the business. Good luck!

Absolutely disgusting service I received an empty box gave customer 6 days to investigate the matter, they told me to take it up with my bank! They said they would reply within 24 hours..... Despite me telling them I work long hours as a key worker and I look forward to the little perks of receiving goods as pick me ups, I’ve asked to be referred to a manager several times and that has been overlooked! Feel victimised and felt like I’m being treated like a common criminal! I’ve shopped at office for years, with my husband and now children but will no longer be going to them, there are other stores who offer a much better service!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order number W58155013 Ordered a pair of Nike trainers for my niece on 31/12/21 from what I THOUGHT was a reputable company. Did NOT select click and collect - but got an email saying my shoes are on the way on 4/1/21 and I would be contacted when ready for collection. Then radio silence... Emailed them 10/1/21 and told 11/1/21 that the item arrived to store 4/1/21 and they would email me when ready for collection 'today' (again even though I did NOT want store collection). Emailed 18/1/21 stating that I STILL had not received the item nor email updates and got a reply saying that stores are closed Tue and Thur?! What does that have to do with a 3 week delay? They have now stopped responding to my emails. I will have to file a Section 75 on my credit card to get my money back. It is 29nd Jan, still without my product.

Truly awful - will never purchase from here again and recommend that nobody else does either. Ordered a pair of converse 22nd Dec and received a confirmation email that they had been despatched and the money had also been taken. A week later, I attempted to track my order and there were no details so I tried to contact customer service. On January 4th, they finally responded to me and told me that they would look into this for me. I didn’t get any correspondence and had to send another message 3 days later. On Monday 11th Jan, I was told that my order was ‘lost’ and they would re order for me so I received another email with a different order number. Today (16th Jan) I messaged AGAIN because I still hadn’t received any item or heard from them. I then received a response to tell me that my item was out of stock and that I should have received an email about this (which I definitely didn’t!). It seems that they are very happy to take your money and I feel that if I hadn’t followed up on this, I would have been robbed of the money without receiving anything. I have only received a refund through persistence. Awful customer service - do not order from here!!!

Placed order over 4 weeks ago. Have not received product. You already took my money and kept it. Told me 2 weeks ago was being shipped out. You are a joke. You lie and steal from hard working honest people. Never again.

Very bad cutomer service. I ordered next day delivery which arrived late. I required the boots for a special occasion and they never arrived, despite paying for next day delivery. One month later and i still havent received a refund . It is hard work and i still havent recieved a refund. I will never use this store again. Customer service is non existent.

I would avoid using the on-line store, terrible service. I placed and order for my daughters birthday, they then sent the wrong size. I rang them and was told I had to return at my own cost, but they would refund later if I called them!!? Waiting another week, this time the wrong size and completely wrong shoe turns up. I call them again, this time on the website it states the stock was low, so I asked them to hold the correct size for me. Apparently they can’t do that, even after they've sent me the wrong shoes twice! A week later I get an email stating the order as been cancelled due to being out of stock!! Over one month now and I have neither my shoes or money back, disgraceful.
