“Delivery left outside. Door was not knocked. Many insulation panels look like seconds with light damage.”

Hi Liam, thanks for your review. It is always best for you to let us know if you have problems with deliveries as it gives us an opportunity to put things right. It's strange that you didn't hear the door being knocked or the lorry outside your house as these make quite a lot of noise when they are unloading.

“Delivery day after choose date. Driver just dump goods on street rather then on drive way. Very poor delivery service”

Thanks for your review Krzysztof. Your order was processed on 10.02.22 (Thursday) and we delivered on 15.02.22 (Tuesday) Three working days after your order had been placed. We do ask our customers to requested delivery dates that suit the materials that they are ordering and in this case, all of the materials are 3 - 5 working days for delivery so we couldn't deliver sooner than 3 days. We did email you on 10.02.22 to confirm this with you and also to again make you aware that our deliveries are kerbside only. We haven't heard from you directly about any issues but please feel free to get in touch if you have any further concerns.

Hi Pervez, thanks for your review. We give out customers 24 hours to check the materials delivered and report any issues with them. It's a shame you didn't let us know about the small indentations on the insulation board as we could have looked into swapping this for you. Hopefully us changing your delivery address from Peterborough to Loughborough helped you though.

“Had no idea when my order would be delivered, no response to emails or didn’t pick up the phone. Changed the manufacturer of the insulation but didn’t give me the price difference. One of the board was a different thickness. Their only saving grace was the guy who delivered it was brilliant.”

“The order arrived as expected, albeit a day late (with no notice). Great prices and very helpful delivery driver, but customer service from the shop was poor, as my concerns/inquiries were either replied to late, or not at all.”

“I’ve not received good yet, but they said 2-3 day delivery, contacted them and they said definitely 3-5 days. Once ordered, on the morning of 2/8/20 they emailed to say it wd arrive on 13th!! 11 days later!!”

Hi Sheilagh, thank you for your review. We are currently working on 5 working days for delivery at the moment. We did email you with the delivery date and we were asked by yourself to delay the delivery to the 17th.

Hi, it looks like there were 5 boards marked as damaged on your paperwork this afternoon. I believe It has been agreed with the person that signed for these will be swapped on Monday 10.08.20

“Order that arrived was slightly different to order placed and even then there where 2 boards missing. Half way through fitting before realised so too late to rectify.”

“Ordering straight forward and simple. Delivery spot on. A few of the 900x1800 wall boards sub standard by manufacture (Edges not Square/properly formed) So service great, material could/should have been checked better.”

“The order of three sheets of insulation and one sheet of plaster board and one sheet of ply arrived on a 40 ft lorry wrapped to an 8 ft pallet, which was fork lifted on to the road and left to be moved by myself. I had to then dispose of the pallet.”

Thank you for your review Darren, we're please that your delivery arrived in full and on time. Unfortunately, yes, unless the pallet is given back to the driver at the point of delivery, we do have to expect that customers do dispose of the packaging. These materials typically get delivered on pallets to save damage and help with unloading for our customers. Our deliveries are kerb-side as the hauliers are not insured to bring the materials in to your property for you.
