“The clothing is okay quality but I wouldn't say it's worth the price. The quality is what I'd expect for a £10-15 top, not a £40 one. For reference, one item is normally £39 but I paid £11 in the sale. I bought a distressed top which from the photos had rips along the bottom and was cropped. The one I got just looked completely different and had some actual holes near the chest. It also was a full length tank top and just had an odd fit overall. I messaged the company about it and they didn't really care. Just be aware if you buy a distressed item that it may be far more distressed than the pictures/description suggest, and the items don't always look the same as the photos.”
“A lot of negative experiences with Other UK. One time no refund. One time refund declined without explanation. One time they send the wrong shirt, no answer, no refund. One time it took them 10 days to hand the package to DHL. You have to choose expensive "fast delivery" and the return costs are enormous.The sizes are all over the place. For me something between M and XXL is possible.”
