“I am grateful for Other UK for providing some great gear for fairly reasonable prices. The branding is excellent. Most of my experiences have been great but for one where they came up short. A mis-directed package incurred unwarranted tariffs, including VAT on its way to the U.S., and Other UK did not take any responsibility for the error after it was brought to them. I was stuck paying a significant sum for the mistake. Despite that experience, I still value the products they provide and will continue to shop from them.”
