“Re: Invoice ID: 5000000425 The above order was placed and paid for on 30 September 2019 and has still not been received. Having checked with your supplier, the goods are available for supply. A "Letter of notice" was sent 9 October 2019 giving the opportunity to satisfy the order - but as at today - have not had a response. Have recently commenced a formal claim with ACCC. The advice received is that I must begin the Small Claims Tribunal claim, which we will do in the coming days.”

“Although the design looked the same as the one we had, the mounting braket was different on the back meaning we had to drill new holes in the tiles. The soap dispenser worked for a few months but is now not plunging soap at all. Have had to revert back to supermarket dispenser.”
