“Only one problem - we were not informed that the Change Table was out of stock and had not been sent to us. It was only because I rang up to make sure we were going to receive on time that I found out. This delayed our project for one week.”

“Your product listing would be better served if your delivery costs were better suited to the items ordered. A sign that's smaller than A4 would only cost about $4 by Australia post. How many items would customers rather buy on Ebay with free delivery ?”

“Online ordering was a bit clunky (due to choosing "free" merchandise) but otherwise customer service was good and products delivered no problems. Will happily use again.”

“Thank you - the unit arrived very promptly. I will need to wait and see if it will work for my mother. She has dementia and perhaps the delivery of the soup is a bit slow? Not a fault of the unit or your service, just perhaps not suitable in my mother's case. Will need to wait and see.”

“The item was hard to gauge size or functionality on the web site so it was a bit smaller than I expected. Some extra pictures of how it attaches and of the filling cap would be of help. The item is ok and I will use it but not for the purpose I ordered it for. Unfortunately the postage for the item is almost the same price as the item therefore making it unreasonable to purchase more. Service and postage speed was good therefore I rated it as good.”
