“1/ Staffs provided good services. 2/ The quality of the Slim paper towels PT3344 could be better. Feedback from users suggest we should purchase good quality recycle paper towels if the price is reasonable. Any recommendation to replace PT3344 ? Thanks”

Hi Francis, PT3344 is a bit yellow as it is recycled bamboo. PT162000 is whiter and softer. But that is not recycled. Regards Ian

“Price is right But cans are to big for the dispenser Had to trim a couple of mm of each can needle valve at top of can which is a Pain to do But service was great”

“yeah you are all good old coconuts. you dont appear to be streamlined but neither are we, sometimes obvious but mostly hidden. I cant review the sanitary bin as I am not the consumer BUT it looks perfect for the end user and the camp.”

“They took several weeks to dispatch and then we had huge delays with Aust post having paid for express. The matter was initially handled very poorly by them blaming me for these issues. However, they came good and eventually replaced the goods on their own back. Both sets eventually arrived and they offered me the extra goods at a discounted rate. I will use Ozwashroom again as they are an honorable firm.”

“Functionality - feel the volume of discharge could be a little more generous. Fitting - unit does not fit well to wall mounting bracket. In situ there is play and required mounting bracket to be secured off centre to accommodate this and ensure the unit presented upright and 'square' when in place.”

“I purchased a hand dryer the purchase process was fine but the delivery through the courier service was less than ordinary with no callbacks only ..we'll be in touch... It wasn't till the package was delivered the emails flowed in about it being delivered...LOL. Otherwise could have been 5 star”
