We never advertise the dispenser as hand rub dispenser, we are very specific in our description and please refer to our website for that, hand rub never work on this dispenser, we advertise it as sanitiser GEL dispenser.

“Was disappointed with delivery especially after the very good service from Office staff when I was inquiring and ordering the dryers. We ordered 6 and the first 3 were delivered to the kindergarten down the road, it was lucky that the staff there knew who i was and called me. Also one of the dryers had deep scratches on the top of the dryer. Being a fundraising charity, I recommended you to one of the clubs we granted 3 dryers to, so I hope their delivery we go ok. Office staff helpful, delivery not so good.”

“Difficult to tell from website that I had to order a minimum $177 to get free delivery. Then I ordered 4 packages but received 2 deliveries 2 days apart? Confusing and meant following up until resolved?”

“Damaged goods on delivery and was told I would have to buy replacement curtain rail at $240 as this was the only item damaged of the 10 units and they were all packaged together this was very disappointing I am building a non for profit hospice centre in mansfield with donated funds which are limited So I have had to try and repair damaged goods as the budget does not allow for additional items”

“The order arrived but short the 4 hand sanitizer dispensers it took 7 days to reach Darra in Brisbane on friday at 1pm which is approximately 20 min from our business and didn’t receive the packages until late Monday afternoon. Have been advised missing products are being sent out tomorrow.”
