“I was very pleased with most aspects of the service --- fast responses by email, very fast delivery time etc. I hadn't realised delivery was by courier which we've had problems with before. We have a locked gate and delivery was by dropping the parcel over the gate onto the drive. It would have been far preferable if some arrangement had been made prior to this --- a phone call to come out etc. It could have poured rain or we may have been away for days. If those difficulties could be overcome I'd certainly buy again.”

“Everyone I dealt with in the ordering office were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble especially when I needed I an account billing detail altered . Received product in Qld in a matter of a only a few days as promised. Would recommend and purchase items through oz washroom again if need be”

“product exactly as described. Was disappointed in the communication and delivery time. Item was "in stock" when purchased on line however after waiting 3-4 days for delivery I contacted office to be then told it was on back order.”

“The item was slow arriving, although that was Australia Post's fault NOT OzWashroom's. Given the size of the item and that it was sent via Australia Post, I feel the $23.95 freight cost was a little excessive. Regards Bruce”

“Having lived in California where these are a part of life wherever you go, with this covid pandemic I so wanted these to be able to take with me when I go out. I can fold them easily to fit in my handbag. I wish we had them over here as normally as in the US.”

We do apologise for that but we don't cut the shower rail in house, as that might create issues during installation if it wasn't fit for the purpose. Regards Richard
