“ If I could give 0 I would. I have never received such terrible service. I ordered a huge picture book, for my best friends 50th birthday on 9th January. Photobix system showed sent via royal mail on 14th, who have never received. Photbox refused to reprint and send until today, now going to entirely miss my best friends birthday date! No help whatsoever, and still no guarantee of a delivery date!!!!! Disgusting. ”

“ Honestly one star is too much, you’ve let me down big time. My order didn’t arrive and I paid extra for delivery, what is the point ? Just be honest about your service, customers just want to be clear what to expect. If you can’t deliver by a date just say, don’t charge extra for something you have no intention of honouring. Very disappointed and quite honestly the book is no longer needed as it’s too late. ”
