“ Banners all over their website claiming “Delivery by Father’s Day” but when you order it will take far longer and nothing can be done about it. Unhelpful customer service and you have to go via a chatbot which is utterly useless. Feels fraudulent and unethical. Don’t trust them especially if you need your order quickly. ”

Photobix system showed sent via royal mail on 14th, who have never received. Photbox refused to reprint and send until today, now going to entirely miss my best friends birthday date! No help whatsoever, and still no guarantee of a delivery date!!!!! Disgusting. ”
