“ Terrible, I ordered a photobook and paid for express delivery. It did not anrrive on the date it was due and still hasn’t. I’ve had no explanation from the company. Impossible to get hold of anyone. I spent days putting this together as a special gift for someone, I’ve now missed the event at which I was to present it. I’m gutted. Please do not give this company your business. Would give no stars if that were an option. ”
