“order number 2146332 cannot get through to anyone could you please tell if im.guarantee my delivery of trike and helmet otherwise I wise to cancel and get a refund to get somewhere else be fore it to late thank you”

Thankyou for your review, We have looked into your order and can see that the last dispatch date is 30/11 there have been no delays reported to us about this but if the order is delayed we would update you in plenty off time.

“Product arrived very quickly and was really simple and easy to use. But I ordered the wrong size so need to return, also I was very unhappy with the inner packaging it arrived in so I would not like to use even if it was to fit.”

“Quick delivery, great pram daughter loves it unfortunately one of the hoods has not been sown so has a hole in it so is unable to use it yet. Awaiting customer service getting back to me to get sorted so my daughter can use the buggy.”

“Overall a few of my items came on time. Moses basket is lovely. I am still waiting for my pushchair which is saying dispatch at the end of April. Hope it arrives on time as I’ve waited a month already.”

“The item arrived very promptly - within 72 hours - despite the delivery estimate I was given being a massive 2 weeks. I had queried this at the time and received a very dismissive email in reply. I've heard of underpromising and overdelivering but this was taking things to new heights!”

“Getting what I ordered from yourselves was great but the delivery courier (Hermes) I wasn’t impressed with atall! They left my order outside in the rain and my package was not even wrapped and what my order was in, was in a cardboard box which was soaking which meant my actual order inside was wet also!”

“Delivery super fast. I ordered a cozy coupe car and a baby bottle brush. The baby bottle brush for some reason came in the cozy coupe car box, which I didnt like as I had to open the box and dig around to find it, at first I thought the brush hadn't arrived and then thought I would check the box. That car is a xmas present and i have had to reseal the box with I'm not very happy about they should have been 2 separate packages or a bigger box with both of the items inside like normal companies would do. Also yodel left the box outside my front door in the rain so the box was soggy, annoying because my neighbour's were in all day and he didnt even think to try there. Bit disappointed with precious little one for these reasons.”

“Fast delivery item is perfect ! but I’d of been more happy if the scooter was sent in another brown box as my daughter who is 3 seen the post man holding it out of the window and cried for it! I was gutted only 4 more days till her birthday and one of her main presents was no longer a surprise 😭”

“Found a great offer on a toddler bed bundle set and ordered. Was pleased with very speedy delivery, but the item delivered was wrong! Seems very difficult to find a phone number to call, but have sent a message this morning with the details and awaiting a response. Let's see how they deal with this error.”
