NEVER use this company they take your money and don’t supply the goods. I really do not know how they can sleep soundly at night as to me they are robbers!!!

Absolutely terrible. They say a 5-7 day turnaround for items being dispatched. I purchased a stroller for £200 on the 5th August. And I keep chexking and it hasn't even been dispatched yet! I emailed and thent hey sent an automated.ated reply which is they aim to reply in 6 working days... i just want what I paid for. And I cant even ring them.

Delivery was ok but when got travel cot opened it it was wrong colour purple and grey we ordered black and green so wernt happy couldn't change were away for weekend so had to take for hotel

Packaging was not professional at all. You would expect it to be packaged better. And box was not sealed although items inside were sealed the box had nothing and you could just open it which made me think about whether it was transferred from another box or something

Happy with the company just not the delivery company. Left my pram and accessories on my front door step. I shouted out of the front upstairs window and she got in the car and drove away.. my baby was undressed and my door states to deliver all parcels to back door where they can be left safely and not on show to be stolen.

Purchased a nasal asperator.. The rubber tubing is to short so your literally face to face with your child.. Other asperators I've used (snuffle babe) are longer, insert into the nose better. This one I'm afraid is going in the bin utter waste of 11.99 it's rubbish! As for the multi lock things I bought (x8) none of them actually stick to anything so that was also a waste.. Total waste of money? 39 quid total waste of time? 6 days and I'm still.. Still waiting in a reply from you to resolve! I'd like a refund immediately not impressed at all

I ordered a travel cot and got sent a pushchair. Obviously a massive confusion but when your unable to contact them efficiently to arrange a correction with my order has proven very difficult. Number does not worker and the emailing process is 3-5 days for a reply. Ridiculous if you have paid money and need help to fix a problem that was not your fault. I just believe their customer service needs working on regarding contact. Delivery was on time and very fast.. just not what I ordered and highly frustrated trying to fix the problem when I cannot contact anyone.

Ordered a sand and water play set on Feb 3rd for my son's birthday on 14th Feb. Parcel tracking showed that the courier made an unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 8th. No further tracking updates were showing by the 10th so I contacted the company by email. They suggested delivery would be tried again. No delivery by 14th. Contacted the company's telephone support number and was unable to get through after a number of attempts. Contacted them by email again on 20th Feb and they said the courier was struggling to find my address and had tried to deliver 4 times. No tracking updates confirmed this. I reconfirmed my address with the company by email again, which was accurate. On 22nd Feb the company said that the courier had lost the parcel. I asked for a discount on repurchase to compensate for inconvenience but they company refused, blaming the courier. In my view, ultimate responsibility lies with the vending company, and they need to get a grip of their couriers if they are not fulfilling their duties. Therefore I will not be using the company again. (The courier was Yodel.)

The box came squashed and torn. I was very disappointed as it was a present. The battery’s also need replacing.

First, order was put on hold for "security reasons". Then, security questions were just to confirm name and address and contact details. But they do threaten that, if they can't get hold of you within 7 days, order is cancelled. Once done, delivery happened next day. Box damaged, the bag containing cushion completely torn. No delivery note. Don't think it's a serious and trustworthy company, so won't use again.

The website is good and ordering is easy, the courier was polite and on time too.. however 2 items were not delivered and this company is an absolute nightmare to contact anyone to get the problem even remotely resolved. Or even a reply. Shame, all it would take would be a customer service phone line to improve this dramatically

Not precious little ones fault but the item I received is terrible quality, not sure if it’s faulty or just shocking cheap even though it is a £80 item, absolutely gutted as it’s a gift for my daughter. I’ve emailed them and yet to receive a reply so we will see if they are able to resolve. £16.50 to return an item is shocking also! I’ve emailed the maker of the rocking horse who have replied but yet to receive an outcome. We shall see :(

We ordered the pink Moover pram for our daughter. It was delivered slightly damaged. I emailed customer service the day it was delivered and we’ve heard nothing back so far.

First of all, we placed the order and paid online via paypal. We then received a confirmation email (at this point we have entered into a contract with the company or so we believed). Two days later we received an email from Precious Little One stating that "due to a pricing error we are unable to proceed with your order". We were then given two options: pay more money or cancel the order! When I enquired on the telephone why the price had increased I was simply told "prices change all the time." We paid the extra charge as we still wanted the items and when the order arrived the following day a part of the order was missing. I chased up this item and was told it should have been with our order – after a few telephone calls and emails later, we were told that once again, due to an error on Precious Little One's behalf, the item had been falsely advertised as part of the package and that we would not receive that item and they no longer stocked it. They did then offer us an alternative which having little option we accepted. So, overall, it took over a week from placing the order to receiving the full order. I wouldn't recommend this company and won't be using them again.

Price match is a con. If you find a better price elsewhere, I suggest you buy it from them! Luckily I hadn't already purchased these items from here before being told they won't match! As for the items I received, the service was ok. Not opened the items yet as baby's not due yet.
