Was very disappointed with the way my goods had been packed... Tape was very loose around the box and top of box you could see all inside.. Not good enough

Initially good service with quick delivery, but very difficult to get through to customer services. Called over 200 times and either just rang or was engaged. Calls are also charged at a MASSIVE premium which you are not made aware of when calling. Do not respond to emails. Will not use them again.

Not impressed with the delivery service. My package was thrown into my backyard on a day of heavy rain. I picked it up from the dirty ground, covered in water.

Good swift delivery. Great packaging. Unfortunately item not good quality. Broken during first use. Unable to put item back into cover. Instructions poor and had to use internet video for guidance. Still no luck in being able to successfully place back into cover. Item appears misshapen and wonky

Received a dirty Brittax car seat. The packaging was opened and the seat had dirty scratches on it also. I sent proof via pictures. I am waiting on a resolution.

Quick delivery but received wrong product. Resolution of wrong delivery and replacing it with right item takes time and back and forth with customer service.

I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience but when a buying a brand new Moses basket I would at least expect it to have a mattress with it or at least when has a description it tells the customer that it does not come with one. Apart from that it came in good delivery time and Undamaged.

The prenatal listening system is rubbish dosnt pick up on anything besides if you move it's a complete waist of money and I'm 38 weeks gone

Very disappointed with the slow response and customer service!! The bed cot arrived in a very weak packaged and loosely sealed box with numerous big holes all over it!! The box looked like it had been thrown about. No foam or bubble wrap inside the box to keep the bed cot safe which you would have expected when purchasing something so delicate. Upon opening the box I noticed the nuts and screws that came with the bed cot had come out of its small box and were rolling around all over the place. After counting the nuts and screws I found that there were 3 nuts missing and without these I was unable to complete fitting the bed cot together. These had obviously fallen out of the holes or had slipped out of the side of the weakly taped box. I messaged preciouslittleone letting them know of the condition of the box and asked for more nuts to be sent out so I could complete fitting the bed cot together. They advised me that they would contact the manufacture and request these. After waiting 5 days and hearing nothing back I messaged them again for an update and then again after that 3 days later as once again I had heard nothing productive back. On every occasion there reply was that they were still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. So after a week and a half they apparently still hadn’t heard back from the manufacturer!! And just for some barrel nuts!! I have given up waiting around and have to now buy the barrel nuts myself so I can finish putting the bed cot together otherwise the baby will have nowhere to sleep!! Poor customer service!!

I ordered a grey stroller, but I received red. It is difficult to exchange the item because I used forwarding service, so I am very disappointed. Please check the items carefully before shipping!
