NEVER use this company they take your money and don’t supply the goods. I really do not know how they can sleep soundly at night as to me they are robbers!!!

Order placed November 9th. Repeated delays in expected dispatch date and then told unsure when product will be available. Advised to ask for refund or choose another item. Unable to speak to someone by phone despite numerous lengthy waits ‘on hold’. Will never use this company again and advise friends and family to avoid.

I ordered a mosses basket over a month ago and got sent the wrong one, I'm due to have a baby and the company are not getting back to me regarding it, I understand delays due to the current situation but I need the mosses basket and their business is running as normal. I'm really stressed over this as this is the main thing I need. This is a stressful time for us pregnant woman as it is, the one they sent me too was half the price of the one I purchased. Shocking service

Worst company ever! Ordered a cot a month ago, money was taken same day of order still not recieved the cot! Asked for refund twice and been compelety ignored. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I’ve been waiting for my order (a cot) since 19 March and still have not received it, the original date that was promised was 2 weeks. Every week I get a message saying the delivery date has moved again. The Customer service team don’t seem to be giving me a realistic date for delivery. I’ve emailed many times saying I’m due to give birth soon and ask when it’s coming. If they’re honest and say it’s in a couple of months I can get a refund and order it elsewhere, but they don’t answer my questions and just send a generic message, saying your delivery date has moved again.

Overall a few of my items came on time. Moses basket is lovely. I am still waiting for my pushchair which is saying dispatch at the end of April. Hope it arrives on time as I’ve waited a month already.

Awful experience buying a nursery set and a mattress. Money was pending being taken from my account due to be sent to.them. No confirmation email was ever received. I got in touch immediately after and was advised they had no order. I then called my bank and was advised the money was indeed on the way to them so there had to have been an order. I advised the bank that PLO were saying there was no order. The bank then provided me with an authorisation code to enable them to find the order. I emailed PLO this information and was again told there was no order. I called the bank again and they confirmed again there was money pending to them for the amount of the order. Emailed PLO again they asked for all the Information again I had previously sent. The authorisation code and the screen shot of the pending transaction to.them. they were asking for proof despite being given the authorisation code given by my bank. That was the Wednesday and Thursday. I then asked for a complaints procedure and was given and email address so i sent a complaint in 're customer service and services received. Have heard nothing 're my complaint. Again still no confirmation of order. On the Monday I receive a random text message from DHL to say something is being delivered I get in touch again with PLO to ask if this is furniture. Hear nothing. Furniture appears with no mattress. Again no confirmation. I get in touch again to state all of this and am sent an invoice for my purchase. Again comments 're complaint and making a formal complaint are ignored and yet to hear back 're complaint. I leave a review on trust pilot and they reply to that before me with utter nonsense about tracking numbers which haven't been received again ignoring the complant. I then receive am email from them telling to ensure I've checked my junk folder as they've sent confirmation twice. Patronising. Clearly I've been checking my junk folder for nearly a week. They also advise mattress is being delivered today. All in all a horrible experiencen which has caused undue stress which is not healthy when pregnant and they have destroyed what should be exciting and indeed straight forward buying things for a new baby. Have never experienced anything like it. Would not recommend to anyone and would suggest you avoid at all costs. Have never dealt with such an unprofessional behaviour.

Took payment for an order, said it had been despatched but Hermes state they have never collected it, hence it obviously won’t arrive. No contact number available and emails are unanswered (just a standard ‘please contact us if there is anything we can do’ . Impossible to get a refund. Avoid

I have never encountered such awful customer service from a company. I have bought a number of products from this company. I have recently had a faulty carseat (costing me over £300). They took over 3 weeks to manage to organise collection (sending the collection to my old address and suggesting that I go and sit outside my old house for the 12 hour window rather than rearranging the collection). My expensive carseat then sat in a warehouse for almost a MONTH rather than being returned to Britax. The staff on the chat facility were rude, dismissive and unable to help. They frequently just cut off the chat rather than resolving the problem. I complained via the complaints email and got an unsatisfactory general response. I asked to speak to someone over the phone. Eventually I was called by a member of staff who offered me a free gift and said that she would update me every 1-2 days on the progress of my car seat issue. She said that the issue would DEFINITELY be resolved in 5-7 days in line with Britax timescales. 3 weeks later, I have heard nothing. I have been without my son's carseat for over 2 months now. This is appalling. I am currently awaiting a phone call, supposedly from a manager. But am not feeling hopeful. I will NOT be buying anything from this company ever again, and would urge caution to anyone else who does. Searching on the internet has led me to many, many similar stories of their customer service.

Just awful, item was out of stock but it did not state this at time of ordering,they still took my money, only contact is by email, when you need to actually talk to some one, a month passed and item still out of stock,so I informed them I would not of ordered the item if I knew it was out of stock, they informed me t was due in stock soon,I then informed them that it was for my granddaughter who was due in 2 weeks, they wrote back to say they would refund my money, I am now trying to find an alternative once I get the money back. Very poor impression , but reading the reviews I am not surprised,

Same boat as everyone pre-ordered a Christmas present it never come & neither did my refund!!!... I’m not out of pocket as much as other people that they’ve ripped off... makes me sick that they took money off people & knew they were going under & got away with it. Been getting emails off the administrators but it’s a blank e-Mail when I open it. Jokes!!!

This company is now in administration. I'm so angry they must have known they were going under when they took my payment. Just awaiting Companies House to post the administrator then I'll be making a claim

I'm not serious at all, I placed the order and they made me wait for more than three months and then they said to postpone it for another month and when I said I wanted money back they said that in 10-14 days and not until today I received money and I don't even respond to emails😡

Wife ordered and paid for highchair for newborn. Grandson decided to come. Contacted company and explained situation.company suggested to cancel order which we did. Stated that we would get refund after Christmas. Company now gone into administration. Paid by mistake on debit card. Bye bye money.

Reading all these reviews it seems I’m in the same boat as most. In October I ordered a trike on pre order for Christmas, dispatch date was just November, so I knew it should be there on time. I emailed at the end of November to ask when the exact dispatch date was and they told me the last day of November and should be delivered in the first few days of December. When it wasn’t I went to email them and realised I had an email in my junk to tell me there was issues with the manufacturer and they would give me updates. I haven’t heard anything since despite me filling out a contact form and emailing them twice. The lack of communication is absolutely shocking and I will never order from her again.

DISGUSTING SCAMMING COMPANY DISGUSTING SCAMMING COMPANY, HORRIFIC ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ Ordered my daughters Christmas present mid November, had a few emails over the coming weeks saying it had been delayed. Two weeks before Christmas I asked why it still hadnt arrived and had no response. They then emailed saying it had been dispatched; I knew full well it hadn’t as they clearly never had it in stock. YODELs website still says they’re awaiting the shipment and I have had no contact since despite numerous emails. No delivery and no refund. Will be taking it further.

Don't use this company. They will take your money, they will not supply your ordered item & you will not get a refund. GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT BUY FROM Precious Little Ones. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I seem to be having the same experience as most people in this thread. I ordered an item in October for November dispatch (order number 2168226). Was told that dispatch is delayed to an unknown date and now haven't had any acknowledgement of my refund request. I have tried calling customer services, but after spending far too long on hold, nobody answers the phone. I have the item from a different place now and it arrived within 2 days of ordering. Now I am about £135 out of pocket - not a great situation to be in with a new baby arriving imminently. I won't be using Precious Little One again and will make sure none of my friends do either. It's extremely disappointing, at what should be an exciting time for us.
