I ordered a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas on the 9th November. Payment was taken from my account immediately. I got a message on the 26th November to say there was a delay and a latest expected dispatch date of 9th December. I checked online on the 9th and there was no update. I tried to call and waited for over an hour but didn’t get through to speak to anyone. I checked online the following day and there was an update stating that there was a delay from the supplier and and they could not provide a date for delivery. I messaged them saying I wished to cancel the order but did not hear anything back and ordered the product elsewhere and this has already been delivered. I have tried to call again yesterday and today but just left in a ‘queue’. I checked my order online to see if it was cancelled and now it’s saying it’s been dispatched but with no date. I checked there returns collection service and it’s over £16 to have a box collected!!! It’s so frustrating not being able to speak to someone directly and it shouldn’t be this complicated to cancel an order for goods that weren’t delivered when expected. I would never use this company again!

To the hundreds of people having problems with precious little ones please report them to trading standards and bbc Rip of Britain or watchdog. You can also ask your bank for a refund as u have not recieved the goods

Utterly terrible customer service - I've been contacting them since Nov for a refund for an item that they couldn't deliver in time. They have simply ignored all communication and I've since discovered this isn't an isolated incident. Please avoid this company until they can sort the service they off out.

Waited over 2 weeks to be told item out of stock then a further 2 weeks before receiving refund for item only and not £3.95 postage - never use this site again.

Ordered a doll on 8th November. Had message to say estimated dispatch date 30th November. Then another message saying it was out of stock and asking if I wanted to order something else. I wanted the doll for a birthday present before that date so have since been chasing for a refund. Each time I send an email, they give my complaint another 'ticket number', so I have several complaints registered, but only ever get automated email saying 'we are still working on....' etc. Tried to phone, hang on for ages. Last time message was they only work till midday! Very angry with them. STILL WAITING for my money back. Surprised they have not gone out of business already. I've order loads of Christmas presents from other online suppliers and most orders arrive next day or within 48 hours. DON'T USE PRECIOUS LITTLE ONE! unless you like losing money.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a Walker in November. Received an email over a week ago to say it wouldn’t be dispatched till January. Emailed to say I no longer want the item as it was meant to be a Christmas present for our babies first Christmas. Had absolutely no responses at all. Took the money from me in seconds when I placed the order. Not so quick to give the money back. I won’t be ordering from this company again. No wonder they’ve been inundated with shocking reviews lately. Think twice before you order from this company! They’ll spam you with all their latest offers etc but don’t have time to send a reply to your emails.

Noted order is not available and couldn't get my money for more than a month. What I got is a few auto email keep saying that they will try to sort this out in 7 days. I think they may go out of business. Avoid!!

Absolutely disgusting I ordered my little boy a Christmas present 3 weeks ago I then got told it was out of stock even though they thought that its just okay to take the money out my bank gave me a ticket number when I contacted them still no better off and to top it off they have closed my ticket number and basically sacked me off, dont order from the absolute useless piece of shits!!

Really poor customer service. Placed order in October 2020 for November delivery. Informed after delivery date that one item was out of stock and the other had been delayed. Told to contact customer service for a refund on the out of stock item - tried calling several times, on hold in a queue for an hour, then cut off. Emailed - told there was a 5-7 working response time - no response received at all. Then contacted about the second to say it had been delayed again and I could have a refund and to contact customer service - same process of emailing and being on hold for an hour and being cut off. Still no further forward - no items and no money back.

Order no. 2230437 Placed order on 27 Nov with latest dispatch in 2-3 working days. Tracking info still says the same as it did on first day, which is that my order has been sent to the warehouse for picking. Items not received, several emails sent to customer service and several attempts to get through on the phone but no reply and no answer, despite staying 'in a queue' for almost an hour from 9am yesterday! Having read the reviews I'm starting to think I've been ripped off and will be raising a dispute via my bank if I don't receive a response within the next 48 hours.

AVOID ordering anything - they over promise then fail to deliver, impossible to get a reply that isn't an automated email. Waste of time!

It has been an awful experience and my query still has not been resolved. I had placed an order using Amazon Pay and then cancelled the order almost immediately. However my card has still been charged and no tracking information has been provided for the order, and the company refuse to get back to me. I have tried contacting the team on the phone for the past 3 days, and have waited almost 2 hours trying to get through with no luck. The call gets disconnected at around 12pm and says they are now closed. After speaking with Amazon, they have said they need PRECIOUS LITTLE ONE to firstly speak to me and try and resolve the matter

Terrible customer service - Placed order in October with promise of December delivery, only to find when tracking order the est delivery was 31st Dec! Pushed for clarity, have had no choice but to order same item £5 cheaper elsewhere and I’m still waiting to hear from them. Will never buy anything from them again.

Have ordered a crib bumper and it has never arrived. Precious little one sent an email to day it was with The company that it comes from only for them to email me to say they do not accept orders from precious little one anymore! No answer from emails and no refund! DO NOT USE

Brought item 9th oct 20 says would be dispatched 30th nov but soon took the money on the 12th oct no item and refusing refund finally had a mesg on facebook saying 7 to 10 days then 3 to 5 days for it to go in customer services so bad no reply for 4days scam company that now owes thousands to people who have not recieved their payed goods

Awfull experience and still hasn't been resolved. Order two items a couple of months ago and at the last minute they said the delivery has to wait one more month!! Asked for refund a week ago and still waiting...don't waste your time

Order at pram cot and bedside crib set everything came on time Expect the bed side crib, Was suppose to come Over two months ago I contacted them and they said they will replace it with another one and will be sent within 2-3 working day have had nothing two weeks later, have emailed but have to wait for them to reply back I’m due to go into have baby next week and really stressing as have not received my order really disappoint wouldn’t recommend ordering.!
