For international shipping in my case India, River Island doesn't have any tracking details is that true Is it a genuine website, I fear. Customer care chat people simply apologies when we ask how will you track when the parcel is not delivered to me,simply they say I don't know you can report to us in that case, I don't understand what type of stupid reason and answers I receive from their customer care representative.
