Absolutely terrible customer service we bought a ride on motorbike after one use the battery went flat and would not charge after 2 weeks of trying to get this sorted I get the same email reply saying sorry your item has gone faulty we have referred this to manufacturer give us 24-48 hours to reply if they don’t hear from manufacturer they will issue a refund guess what no refund and when I email I get the same reply.

Appalling ordered a shed over a week ago it arrived on the said day but only half arrived I’ve called twice followed requests to send what’s missing . ( the whole shed practically ) still awaiting customer service rude did not do there job properly the first time I called still waiting .
