“Fantastic customer service. I noticed a few scratches on the case for my recent coin purchase. Customer service was amazing and had me send the coin back, refunded the cost to send it internationally and I had a new coin/case within a few weeks.
I have purchased many coins from the Royal Mint and have never had any issues with them. The shipping is fast, purchasing a breeze and they produce beautiful products.”

“I recently received my George Orwell 1984 coin from the Royal Mint. The coin is beautifully packaged inside its clear plastic mount. The Royal Mint kept me updated on the small delay to the delivery and can recommend their collectible coins as well as their bullion coins.”
“I have purchased several collectible coins from the Royal Mint the past several year’s and have been very pleased with the entire experience. The coins are spectacular in quality.”
“Not happy at all as my package is stuck in customs for three weeks now and nobody from the Royal mint wants to hear anything from me after the sale!!!”
“Service is good, you get what they show and tell you what it is 100 percent. I just wish they could show you what the price is in U.S. dollars and U.K. pounds. Every time I do the conversion it never the same as what I am charge. Other than that I am a happy buyer.”
“My second Buckingham palace piedfort coin and this one at a special price. Both coins in a really beautiful proof condition and with speedy delivery.”
