“Having placed my order on 14 March, and paid in full, sadly I am still awaiting delivery.
And the only contact received was the email order confirmation.
Thereafter, I have made 3 phone calls to establish where my order item is, the first call confirmed very little, the 2nd call sadly advised that my item wasn't available yet !.. and no email update.
Thereafter, and the 3rd call last week, finally confirmed that my item should be delivered soon !..
Friday, an email arrived, confirming receipt, but awaiting packaging, to be able to finally send this.
Again... Still waiting many weeks later.”

In general, it is a pity we can't leave say a years' worth of storage fees on the account without being asked to withdraw surplus funds.”
“When I ordered no where did it state that you would take part of my investment. Also, on the invoice it doesn't show that you have taken part of my investment which I beleive is wrong as it doesn't show the real amount that was invested in the first place.”

Line we’re very helpful and we have no complaints about them . They couldn’t have been more helpful. However , making the purchase would have been soooo much easier if we could have done it with one phone call , but our purchase , sadly could only be done on line which we found very complicated.”
“I'm dissatisfied, because after triing to order 5 coins (and 4 of tham were bullion coins) I've got confirmation for only 1 none-bullion coin before appliing payment, and nothing was mantioned about 4 other coins. That cause me to cancel the order. And I have no idea why it is impossible to order bullion coins and send tham to the buyer, because I tried to do that several times and my order was alwais rejected. Vladimir”
