“Apart from keeping me entertained each morning, I have learnt further skills from watching the demonstrations and have bought from Sewing Quarter knowing I would only get top quality products at a fair price. Deliveries for me have been totally acceptable and I have only had to contact Customer Services once and they were excellent and friendly. Sewing Quarter has taught me that there is much fun to be had in learning new skills such as patchwork & quilting and bag making, etc. Having only ever been a dress maker and teddy bear artist, I know enjoy other sewing elements of this craft of sewing. Thank you Sewing Quarter - you have made one lady very happy.”

“Very helpful staff and I’ve had loads of bargains. Recently delivery has been slower but this is probably due to the amount of goods being sold. I’ll be devastated if we loose Sewing Quarter.”

“SQ has taught me so many new skills and excited me about sewing, quilting, bag making, toy making, embroidery. I have spent a fortune since SQ started, but always felt I was getting a bargain, or something I wouldn’t be able to find elsewhere. It seemed a perfect blend of business and community service! The presenters and team come across as real people excited to be helping more of us into sewing in all forms.”

“It is truly sad the situation sewing quarter finds itself in. Immediate media has a lot to answer for. Sewing quarter has been a welcome addition to the tele-shopping viewers. It is quite unique. I have ordered and received goods only 2 days ago and am awaiting further goods. I believe the staff have been put in an invidious position. I wish the programme every success with a sale and look forward to it being back on TV after cyber Monday soon.”

“Superb range of products and often the first to have American quilting patterns and books in the UK ... a lot of UK exclusive offers from firms, such as Elna, Coverstitch, Cricut. With Sewing Quarter TV the demos are always the full hour whether the product sells out or not. Fabrics are always top quality whether designer or not Customer Service is second to none... Books can sometimes be found cheaper elsewhere but normally the only product which can be. A low P&P for ALL day.... regardless of how big the order Love them”

“I purchased a horn mk2 cutting table had I purchased this anywhere else I would have had to pay someone to assemble for me it's a flat pack The delivery was swift the gentleman from horn was brilliant he assembled in no time absolutely first class a john Lewis service thanks I will enjoy my beautiful table”

“Love this shopping channel,great shows and presenters.Orders do take a little longer to arrive than other companies but what do you want for one delivery change .You can learn alot from the demos and they don't stop even if the product has sold out.I would recommend this channel to anyone who loves sewing.”

“I've come back to sewing after many, many years because of your programmes. The presenters and guests are great, John in particular ( Oh you do make me laugh...squirrels!). The quality of the products has been very good and I have been sent everything I've ordered. The postage is great! The company has been very fair, in my opinion, when they've had a problem. I will continue to get inspired, learn and buy from your excellent shows. Thank you.”

“Second to none for sewing supplies, they know good quality fabric and haberdashery items at reasonable unlike some other channels. Have ordered from them 4 times. Excellent customer service WITH 0800 freephone number which you definitely don't get on other shopping channels they are competing with. In addition to this the £2.95 PER Day (no matter how much you buy or how many times you check out) postage charge is exceptional and is not matched by rivals who can charge anything up to £4.95 per item. I have had to make enquiries but they have been very quick to respond and deal with it.”
