It says that it was signed for, but I never got the product.I then found out, that it was never signed although they're cite claimed it was. They gave a verification email, which I did respond and said this, but I guess it was none of there concern, because I never signed that I got the product. I was basically then called a thief, and never got my product. The cite has disconnected phone numbers and terrible technical support as well. I have contacted the BBB, so hopefully I hear from them soon. So danger l, beware.

Like the other reviewer said it's April 13th I was supposed to get my package 2 days ago and I didn't now the items are out of stock totally sad about it NEVER shipping this site again. They waited till my package was clearly super late and there was clearly no updates to the tracking ... now they order me "reshipment" when the items are out of stock and told me I'll have to wait another 14 days for shipping .... WORST SHOPPING EXPEIRNCE EVER. I paid 2 weeks ago just for this bs.

The clothing chart is correct, but the merchandise does not follow it. The dresses look the same size, all of them small even though I requested a large. When I link to the return policy I need to pay for the entire process. I do not recommend to anyone to ourchase from this company so Untrustworthy and deceiving.

I ordered a shirt in a size Large (Order # GSHMFH00Q0002XV) but it did not fit. So I went through the return/refund process and then purchased the same shirt in an XL size( Order # GSHMKM00T000TTY). The shirt that Shein sent was labeled size XL but was actually SMALLER than the original large! I wanted the shirt, not a refund, but in a size that would fit. I contacted Customer Service with my problem but received no response to my request. I then tried to access the “Live Chat” that was offered on their site, but only received automatically generated responses to my messages. Avoid SCHEIN at all cost- it does not live up to its promises.

Was sent the wrong size. Couldn't find a way to return the item because I checked out as a guest. They would not respond to any emails. Raised a case with PayPal. Thats when they responded. Shein said that they will refund me 3/4 of the item price. Why not refund me all of my money when this is not my error? No I want all my money and I will send back the item. I was provided a return address by Shein to Belgium. Sent it and the parcel came back to me as undelivered even though I sent it tracked. Scam artists. So I have an item that I cannot used because it dont fit. For your peace of mind DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stay Away from Shein.com, Why ? It works like this : Shein takes your order, and takes expensive shipping ( you dont want to order a large amount of items cuz tax reasons ) bigger orders are shipping free. So, Shein then order your items from CHINA ( you can do it yourself from aliexpress and such ).Every item are shipped by china standard post, that are free anyway.Shein at least tripples the money from an item they order for you. We bought a pant for 21£, paid 13£for shipping, all they did was order the pant from china, trippled the cost for the pants for this and took the shipping fee, for a shipping thats totally free anyway. They earned 14£+12£ for order this FOR you.Also, the didnt let me revies my purchase at their website. They pick out every revies themselves . They made 26£ for doing nothing,It Should have said Shein.com ( sender ) but instead the sender info is the sender from china.STAY AWAY

The site has unfortunately allowed inappropriate content in the reviews of children’s clothing. It was posted back in January! It’s disgusting and should have been flagged and removed! It’s sexual and voyeuristic.

If they treat their workers as bad as their clients, they should be closed immediately. I ordered many times on Shein in the past 3 months,at last the customer service is not reachable, they didnt send me for the second time a skirt (wskirt07200821688 size S that I ordered again after not receiving, I have no idea if they will send it separatly or it is simply not available but I paid for it, no answers received from the multiple mails to the service and euroservice mail ), other items are different from the descriptions or damaged. It seems impossible that the quality is so bad considering that the retail price written of each items is around 20 euro(same price of good quality items is normal stores).I dont take things personally and I was very optimistic, I thought it can happen that something can be damaged, the worse was the last order, it came totally squashed the shoe box was half destroyed and THERE WAS BLOOD dried on the box IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CLOTHES, I was disgusted. I will never ordered anymore. In the past I contacted the custumer service and then they stop answering, I ASKED TO STOP SENDING ADS AND TO CANCEL MY DATAS without any answer even from datas office(arent they privacy experts and datas protection masters), luckily I used paypal surely many other clients have had even worst experience overall it seems a scam website for the AWFUL LOGISTIC I received plastic bags packages instead of boxes, with big cuts, with holes,at the same time I had many ok clothes expecially winter loungewear was perfect(I thought it was normal to have some bad items shopping online, that is way I kept hoping they would care more keeping ordering) but the quality of some items is so so bad, some items were not sent, some were rusty, wrong items sent, the electical tools were not functioning, I received refunds of few euro or partial refunds AFTER WEEKS of complaining, shein treat clients with indifference and I got really upset that they work like that,I think is not worthy to shop on this aliexpress quality shops. buttons were missing or fallen out, stiching on top are worse than the cloth for cleaning the floor. FEW ITEMS LOOK OK, returning is very difficult, because covid has made impossible go out normally. I just used Shein because I liked the interaction within the community of shoppers and it was practical for its very precise measure, it gets JUST WORSE, you spend hours trying to read descriptions double thinking about sizes, and trying to guess if it might be a safe purchase,trying to write to the customer service that write you back half in Swedish and you cant translate it with google translate.. I will never buy anymore.IT IS A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY and WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.The site looks amazing, the games and contests are addictive, the pictures are very alluring, the influencers are super exciting but it is not that what you want to wear, supermarket clothes are made with more craftmanship.

Placed an order with SHEIN on 16 Feb 2021. Buffalo Logistics sent me a sms yesterday 03 March 2021 regarding a customs payment which I made. I received my parcel in Durban today. I’m so happy with the prompt service and the clothes are of good quality.

I ordered 3 items: dress and 2 swimming sets on December 15, 2020. Received items on January 15, 2021 (promised 20 days). Dress is nice and fits well. Both bikini are absolutely not in the right size, especially tops - they are extremely small. Not able to return bikini on day 43 AFTER ORDERING, even their policy is saying 45 days AFTER ORDERING. Keep in mind - easy to order, impossible to return and it takes at least a month to get it.

I brought 10 items fron Shein that I am pleased with, nice cuts I can wear tucked in and out over my pants and they are perfectly fitting me and complementive. They are washing well so issues and they iron beautiful. The stitching is excellent and all blouses sizing were acurate. I am very pleased with the quality and look of each garment. Then leopard top is maybe slightly under par but because it is different no one will notice. Every item I have worn has been stand out. Sorry I dint have more pictures. I am 171cm 79kg all tops I brought are medium

I’ve ordered a lot of clothes recently from SHEIN. It came up to be $258.12 , I ordered on Oct 9th. It said the delivery was expected to delivered Oct.28th which is understandable because it’s being shipped from over seas..however , it’s November 12th and it’s been saying “Arrived at Local Courier Facility” for almost a month now. There’s no customer service number to contact to see where’s my package. I’m very upset because I always shop on SHEIN but after this experience I’m never buying from them again. (I did get my money back from my bank)

I would give 0 stars if I could. They sent me an email advertising 60% off everything with no disclaimers, asterisk or exclusions noted. When I went to checkout the coupon code did not work. I went on their live chat and was told it was certain items. I said that’s not what the email said. I also shared that false advertisement is illegal. They would not honour it or appease me in anyway. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They said they would put a ticket in and a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. I have not heard back from anyone. Seriously disappointed in their illegal advertising and lack of customer service. I will never shop with them again.

I ordered a 3D Door Sticker which was said to be one size 33.3 X 78.7 inches. The item came as 2 pieces and no way near the resolution as presented. The delivery time wasn't bad but they didn't provide any means to track the order or to know if it shipped.

I placed an order from this company and my order has been nothing but a problem. These two groups of earrings are very cheaply made. All the earring posts are made of plastic and they break easily. The first time I tried to put them on the ear post broke off. Top of that they don't even respond to your message!!!

We placed an order for multiple items, when I tried to go onto the website to process a return 3 days after we received, it said none of the items we eligable for return - please see return policy. When I clicked on return policy, it said we had 75 days to return and no other limitations were listed. I literally was returning within 3 days of receiving. In addition, even though this didn't apply to me, the return policy listed that we had to pay $7.99 shippng to return, even though their website lists free returns in U.S. (which we are). Lastly, when I tried to find a customer service phone or email to contact, there is nothing on the site. Only a robo answerer that takes you to your order, where you can't return. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN KATY PERRY for associating with this.

I placed an order with Shein back in January in the amount of 320.00 and used Klarna payment plan. The initial payment was $80.00 & there after every 2 weeks a deduction would be made out of my account for $80.00. I never received the package, I looked up Shein's contact info & there was not a phone number, only an email. I sent them numerous emails & not 1 response, therefore I contacted Klarna, who also tried to reach out to them several times but to no avail. This so called company retains absolutely no customer relation concerns, ethical practice or business to business principal. They obviously have no interest in resolving customer issues, as well as any respect for business to business contract relations. I myself am a business owner & could never imagine neglected a customer & resolving the issue or totally ignoring a business that I have a contract with whom provides business to me!! My personal experience with this specific company is that they are a proven scam production & could obviously care less about their customers satisfaction, experience & outcome!!!! The 1st red 🚩 flag is not providing a customer service phone number, even to their business contract partners. They never responded to my several emails nor did they respond to Klarna, please do not spend your hard earned money with them, if you're not happy with your merchandise....chances are that your probably not going to get an exchange or refund. You'll be lucky if you get a response from the email that you sent, I have read so many reviews regarding Shein & they are not 5 stars!!! I honestly can't even give them a 1 star, please do the research before ordering from this very poorly operated & unethical company!!! Michelle Rotsaert
