“Slight hiccup at the beginning over late ordering, but when that was addressed, I was told the lights would be delivered on a specific date and they were. Thank you.”

“The service was efficient and fast so I was pleased. The lights I chose look very nice and am pleased with them but I won't be installing them until June so if anything is wrong I won't actually know until then”

“Happy with the product but customer services and deliveries need some improvement. A week after ordering I sent an email asking the order status and by return I got an answer saying it will be despatched on Monday with delivery Tuesday and I would get a tracking code on Monday. On Wednesday when I hadn't received either the code or delivery I sent another e mail and no response so Thursday I phoned and gave all my details and was told the relevant person would get back to me but no one did . Luckily for me the goods were delivered later on Thursday almost 2 weeks after ordering”

“The delivery took 2 and half weeks to be delivered and we didn't receive any emails to notify us of delay or delivery intructions so was left to us to phone to find out why we hadn't recieved our light”

“quality of light purchased is very good and is very nice to look at when lit with a bronze tinted LED Filament bulb. It is h eavy and requires two people to wire and hang ii.”

“I ordered the picture lights online and they arrived within a few days, really well packaged. The lights are lovely and the price was the best I found out of four or five companies. I can't fault Sherwood Lightingand would buy from them again.”

“We bought a pendant light from Sherwood for £118 which was over £60 cheaper than the local lighting store. The delivery was free and we received within 2 days of ordering. Cant argue with all of that!”
